Bonnie over in the print shop - I hope you get to read this review! Bonnie helped me get a file that I purchased off of Etsy off of my phone and onto her computer in a matter of seconds. When I told her that I didn't know what I was doing, she smiled and asked, "Did you get something off of Etsy?" She asked if I had a flash drive and when we tried that, it didn't work so she asked me to email it to her. She pointed out where to send it, pulled it up, printed out some samples so we could see exactly what we were working with and then she helped me pick out card stock to print them on. To top it all off, my total came to about $5.00.... I had been trying to order these online somewhere and was coming up with numbers 5x that much!! Bonnie is WONDERFUL and deserves a hug and a gold star for her positive attitude, knowledge, helpfulness and for being the nicest lady in the world. I will return to this Staples location because of Bonnie... Fingers crossed that everyone else can live up to my very high expectations!

The rep suggested we have it repaired before trade-in so I'd get a better credit for the new device. We filed an insurance claim at T-Mobile and it kicked me out an email to make an appointment with CPR for a same-day screen replacement. I set my appointment for the next day and showed up a little early since I had no idea what to expect. The lady that checked me in was very nice and happily answered what felt like the most basic (dumb) questions to put my mind at ease. They even alerted me that my battery is in pretty poor shape, but since I'm just trying to trade it in I opted to leave it alone. I was able to swing back two hours later for my device and haven't had any problems with the new screen. Like others have said, I hope I wouldn't need to use their services again, but glad to know they're an option!

The full fix was going to take days cause they'd have to gut the whole phone and on the phone this was never mentioned. I was told that because i also had a battery put in (which was aftermarket and had information smudged off of it in two places i noticed) that i would only be refunded $140 of $180. Sure you put in a new battery, but i cant really use it..i'm sending it to insurance (Which will cost me $200 deductible ). so i can have i truly fixed phone. I wish i could give a better review, but they weren't going to help me until i gave a negative one (initial offer was only %15 another 139 charge). And i'm still out $40 and right back where i was before. The initial person looking at my phone apparently thought the bend in the phone wouldn't effect another screen as it had the last. The actual technician seemed very knowledgeable. All in all unfortunate, but a huge hassle.

I went the other day to have my iPad looked at at the suggestion of Verizon since they wouldn't work on my iPad, even though they sold it to me, long story there. They suggested one company or this company. And the location of this company first caught my attention. So I went and I found them and it was very easy to fine which I appreciate it. The reason I'm writing this review and why I will be going back to take my iPad to this place is I was so very impressed with how while the gentleman was busy after coming back from his lunch and was slammed by people waiting for him after coming back from lunch, he took time to give his time we're in a situation where I don't think he was even going to charge the fella with a gentleman that had had a situation where his granddaughter had been playing on his phone and had basically made his phone unusable, and the person working and I think as part owner of the store took the time to Help the gentleman just go through his phone and help him understand what to avoid and what to watch for without making the man feel stupid. He took the time to connect with envy in community with someone and not just worry about profit and I very much appreciated that and it will make me want to take my equipment to the person and feel like I'm dealing with somebody who is wanting to help and not just try and make money off of everybody.

Prices were steep. I like to support local businesses, especially record stores, but I know what…read morethose records go for and what online wholesalers sell them for. If you're higher than other stores by an unacceptable amount I'll support the online wholesaler instead. It doesn't give me that warm feeling I get holding a record, looking at it, and deciding to buy it, and it's putting small business out of business, but if I know you got that on millions of records for $4-10 and you're trying to get 25-30 bucks I can't support you. The used records were priced what the new records should have cost. If it's not rare, I'm not paying $15 for something I can get for $2-5 at a record show back in Chicago... So I'm too spoiled to buy anything here but they had a decent collection, staff seemed nice, plenty of inventory. I wouldn't go back, but it might work for this town/people.

The staff was very friendly and the environment of the store is incredibly welcoming and cozy. While they don't have the largest selection in the area, I was pleasantly surprised to find numerous records which I had not seen anywhere else. One of the other cool things about the store is that they provide perfectly sized shopping bags while you are making your selection. These bags come in incredibly handy to hold on to whatever records you are planning on purchasing so that you don't need to set them on the floor or on top of the records. This perk is wonderful. Plus there are little hooks around the store which you can then hang the bags on in order to have both hands available to browse their selection. If there is one thing which I will complain about, and it is the reason I did not give the store five stars, it is the organization of the records. Within the genre of records, there appears to be no organizational structure whatsoever for the vinyl. This makes trying to find a particular record almost impossible without having to flip through hundreds of records which you simply don't care about. While I can imagine that it is a nice way to possibly find albums you didn't know you wanted, it was very frustrating and after about 30 minutes of looking through the albums, I simply gave up because I did not have the patience to go through every album in the store looking for a particular one. I will certainly return to the store anytime I am in the area but if you are looking for someplace that you can pop in, look for a specific record, and then leave, this is not it. If you are looking for a store in which you will spend an hour simply browsing through a selection, look no further, this is your place.
