Super happy ! Came to the mall for apple store help which they said too busy come back a different day. Wow ok. My daughter was bummed it because we were trying to fix a phone and transfer service. As we were leaving and pretty bummed out we saw the at&t store. Thank god! Roberto was so helpful and saved me a ton of money omg ! Turns out I could have been saving so much money every month because I have direct tv and at&t! Duh' I walked out saving $50 a month on my direct tv , added movies free for 3 months and fixed her phone and transferred service ! Thank god for Roberto !!! This review is solely for the service I received from "TJ." I have been a loyal customer for AT&T for years, and this WAS my favorite, until they hired her. Never had any problems here: Joel, Mia & Michelle have always been helpful and their GENUINE customer service was the sole reason why my family made this location our specific one. Special shoutout to MICHELLE, for always being awesome and patient with my indecisive family. She is easily one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and you can really sense the sincerity. I visited this location one Tuesday morning, possible 15 minutes after opening, and TJ was sweeping the floor. I honestly thought she was a janitor at first because we weren't used to such a long, mean face. Realized she was a worker, when she asked my grandma and I, "what you guys need?" Though we had a slight feeling that she wouldn't know anything about technical problems, we assumed she'd know the basics. We told her what our problem was, and she said, "I don't deal with your technical problems." Okay, cool. Asked her another question about iMessage, and her response, "well, of course it ain't gonna work. Your SMS was off." *pressed the home button of my grandma's phone* "here, you're welcome." Called today wondering if they had the phone that I wanted in stock. Granted, I knew TJ answered just by the tone of her voice, and of course because she said her name. I asked her if she could put one on hold for me for I was planning to stop by later on since I had to wait for my mom, the account holder. She asked what time and I said 8pm. You'd think that would've been the end of the conversation, right? Nope. She replied, "Um, I hope you know the mall closes at 9." EXCUSE ME? Obviously I know the mall closes at 9, if I didn't, hell I would've said I'll be there by 9. I have an hour before it closes and as far as I know, as long as I get there before 9, YOU'RE STILL OPEN. It's a shame that the people who have to be served by TJ don't get to see the real customer service professionals in this location, aka Joel, Mia & Michelle. read more

Went to ATT Cerritos mall a few days ago. I had horrible service there, the two male reps there are highly incompetent, or not trained. I took my mom to check and fix her iphone which had an issue maybe the sim card needed to be checked or replaced, or phone reset or something. The reps were lost, and started giving negative feedback about their knowledge and competence. They told me they couldn't fix the phone, didn't even try, or check anything, and to call the insurance company. So I left that store and went to another ATT store a few days later and a female rep knew exactly what the problem was after looking at the phone, and she fixed it. What I learned is ATT sucks, and probably would never subscribe to their service after experiencing that type of service knowing that's the type of people they hire. My phone is critical, I never get anything near that type of incompetence with Verizon reps. read more

These guys are crooks only out to get their commission. They sold us the world and in the end nothing was followed through with. It was one big song and dance just to get us to give up a few dollars. Never coming here again. Worst service ever. At first I walk in and was greeted nicely by a girl named Drekara. Turns out she wasn't so nice. Horrible people skills and doesn't know how to act in a professional setting. She was helping me with my phone and I had to change the authorized user because I wanted to trade in my old one phone. She told me I'd have to "call 611 or go through the app" which is what I called my dad to do since I hadn't had the authorization and he did. As I was on the phone trying to tell my dad what to do to fix the problem, she was asking her coworker "is she done yet" as if she was trying to rush me while I was on the phone. After I was off the phone and a little upset because I could hear her rushing me, she checked and said with the most sour attitude that the authorization still was in his name and because it wasn't loading that there was nothing that she could do for me or offer another solution. Also, as I was trying to talk with her she began to get more impatient with me and started spinning her iPad on the table. So I simply gave up thanked her and began to walk out. And she asks me "you good?" And I responded "I'm fine" knowing very well because of her I will not be returning. Worst service and she seemed like she hated her job. I will not be returning and might pick a new carrier that has employees that have knowledge about their job and how to treat customers. read more

Today, I received exceptional service from Karla and Edgar. I went in to trade in 2 of my old phones hoping to receive some store credit for 1 phone that was cracked and not working properly. Not only did I receive credit but they went out of their way to honor a promotion that was already expired and I received $200 credit for accessories! I didn't even ask for it.
