There are not enough words to describe how thankful I am for Sarah and her team at Cerritos Florist for my amazing wedding last year. I was referred to them from my wedding coordinator, LoveAnneJoy, who has close ties with them. To start off, I'm the least creative person, so thinking of what flowers and decoration I wanted, was probably my least favorite part of wedding planning tbh, I know that's surprising coming from the bride haha. I didn't even have a mood board or anything! Just a few pics from my Pinterest to show but overall still indecisive. I was also very strict on my budget...however, Sarah made the whole process so easy and manageable. She not only worked with my budget but her creative and brilliant mind came up with the flower arrangement and decorations, after just sharing with her my vague theme of "forest nature vibes with summer earthy colors" lol. We ran into a small issue with my center pieces that I originally wanted, but she was able to think of an alternative and still put the decor we couldn't use for the centerpieces, into other areas. We also ran into a bigger issue literally the day before the wedding with our wedding arch but my amazing coordinator and her team were INCREDIBLE superheroes and made it work seamlessly. I couldn't have thought of a more beautiful flower arrangement and overall decorative wedding palette than Sarah and her team brought to life. Our guest kept telling us, "the wedding was SO you and described you both perfectly" and a big part of that was the whole vibe that Sarah and Cerritos Florist helped make. On top of that, it was the hottest day of the year lol, and an outdoor wedding! I can't recommend Cerritos Florist enough and I can't wait to refer and work with them again for future events. Worst flower shop that I have bought flowers from. I ordered flowers and was told that there would be blue flowers included, did not happen! These flowers were for my nephew's 6th anniversary of his death. They did not arrive until 2:00pm. My sister in law called me on the phone and asked when are they going to arrive??? Lousy service from the 2 florists involved. Caution: They have afew charges besides the flowers them selves and they have the nerve to ask for a tip!!!$$$$$$$ and then the flowers arrive late or whenever they get around to it Buyer beware. read more

I wanted to send flowers to be delivered nearby to Cerritos. I often hesitate when ordering flowers from a website as they often don't end up looking the same once they arrive. I called to see when their delivery deadline was for same day and figured I'd ask about the variety of flowers that will show up when I pick something online. He told me that there would be one possible exception, and I was fine with that. He had very good customer service over the phone. Once the delivery was made, I got a text saying so. Therefore, no wondering if it made it's way to the recipient yet. I used Cerritos Florist for the first time yesterday to deliver an arrangement to a lady who works for a company in Cerritos. I saw an attractive arrangement on their website, then called for sales assitance. A friendly gentleman helped me with suggestions on which roses were in season for the best color, and some enhancements. The arrangement was delivered the same day, and the recipient was out in the field. Cerritos Florist had provided me with a photo of the arrangement. She returned to the office the next day to discover her fellow workers had placed the arrangement on her desk. It was a big surprise, and she was delighted with the color and the fragrance. The instructions were easy to follow, but part of me was freaking out a little that I had purchased flowers online without providing any feedback from a business I knew nothing about, other than 5 star Yelp reviews. (Trauma from using 1-800 flowers in the past) I was NOT disappointed. I ordered the "playful" design based off of others' reviews and they were stunning in person. When I lived in Cerritos many years ago, Cerritos was always my go-to florist. When I moved out of the area they weren't as convenient, so I hadn't used them in many years. I needed flowers for a dear friend in the area and decided to use them again. I knew the store had been sold so I trusted what I saw on Yelp and their website. They did not disappoint! In fact, I think they're better than ever. The floral arrangement was lovely! I ordered from a photo of one of their arrangements and had them tweak it a bit. Price was reasonable and they kept me posted on delivery with a photo when finalized. I would highly recommend Cerritos Florist. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to learn that orchid corsages are no longer offered for Mother's Day this year and going forward. I wasn't even given the option to place a special order, as the shop chose not to stock orchids for Mother's Day. I ended up going with a higher end arrangement which was too beautiful to pass up. There was no pressure in sales, Charlene was just as accommodating in person as she was over the phone. Her arrangements remind me of the expensive florists I used to frequent in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, where I lived for several years. Whether small or big, I will definitely come here for floral arrangements for all my loved ones. I especially like how I live five minutes away. I found this florist shop on a whim due to its proximity to my cousin's house. I wanted to send some cheer since she hasn't been feeling well. So I went on their website and chose the arrangement to be delivered the same day & gave special instructions. My cousin was not only happily surprised she was in awe of the exotic flowers. Particularly the deep burgundy purple one called the scabiosa--in which the florist kindly told we the name later when I inquired about it. Wouldn't recommend. When you're not happy with your order. They tell you that it was made exactly as ordered and that you're wrong. I had multiple people look at the color I emailed and then what I got and they were a lot lighter than requested. If they were apologetic, I would have left it alone, but when you just tell a customer that they are wrong and can't even apologize for getting it incorrect, then it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I've had other people say that they are rude and it deterred them from ordering. Bummer. read more

While the arrangement itself was beautiful, some of the flowers didn't look very fresh. Sure enough, lilies turned brown and drooped after just one day. I am really really disappointed about my order. I would know because my boyfriend buys me flowers here at least once a month and they NEVER disappointed me. I ordered something online for mother's day because I had no time to actually go to the store so thats really convenient that we could order online pick what we wanted choose from standard, deluxe or premium. I chose the best mama award mug- the photo of the standard was already a beaut but i wanted to add more flowers so i ordered the deluxe. Came out to be $38 something. When i came in to pick it up i saw a lot of nice arrangements already made so i was pretty excited to get what i ordered since i already seen their work more than enough to see their potential and they never failed me. Until today, i dont wanna compare photos because i know its always freehanded.. but i just cant accept the fact that the photos online are so much better than the one i received THOUGH i did get more roses in the one i ordered... i didnt have time to complain because i had to be somewhere.
