No reservation no appointments. The T-Mobile representative with a IPAD in hand took me us in automatically. No wait time no excuses. Come right in he stated in a friendly tone. As we exchanged information to get logged into the system he asked if anything else was wrong or is needed with my T mobile service. I kindly replied no, this is all that is needed for the time being. I was very satisfied at this location since the experience and process was painless! In and out in less then 10 minutes. Issues with the T-Mobile Home Internet box led us to seek this location that has inventory as compared to our usual favorite spot inside Costco. The person attending to us, Danny, troubleshooted the issue and provided a resolution of provided a used, dirty cable for the Home Internet box. Appalled, I asked about his authority to provide us a new cable at least. He then asked his coworker, who just received a used and returned box set, if he can provide a new cable which she replied yes as she had to do so as well. Next, instead of providing us a new cable, he took the cable that another customer just returned and tested it with our box, which did not work. Finally, he went into the Inventory Room to provide us a new cable. Tldr; Highly recommend the T-Mobile location on Carson and Cherry instead. Diana even helped us save money by finding out that we were overcharged in our Home Internet Plan. read more

My daughter's smartwatch broke, therefore needed assistance at the T-Mobile store located at Lakewood Mall. It was a slow rainy day, as I walked in staff greeted me. Someone was able to help me right away without waiting. She showed me how to file a claim to get a replacement smartwatch through my phone. Very kind to guide me step by step and made sure it was completed correctly. Took less than 15 minutes. Thanks to her transaction went smoothly. Horrible customer service from Maria and Nick. I switched over to t mobile and brought a new phone on may 15th. Since the purchase I have had to come back twice due to the phone being defective. The iPhone had a defective battery and they made me pay $115 to replace the defective phone even though I pay for insurance on the phone. And after paying Maria rudely said "you should be grateful I was even able to help you". I strongly recommend not buying anything from t-mobile. while the staff in the store seem nice, they will sell you plans and services that are either lies or bait and switch. One example is that when we signed up for a plan, they included a free phone upgrade. However after the first bill we were being charged. it too about 12 calls and four months to resolve, at which point we ended up getting credits at the end of our contract because they are too garbage to refund. Another example we returned out 5G gateway be as the service was terrible, Even though they confirmed receipt they are unable to find the devices in their facilities. Another dozen calls, $250 added to our bill , and nobody competent or concerned enough to resolve the issue. If you love mediocre service, being over charged, and consistently lied to, this is the place to go. Otherwise I strongly recommend you visit a Verizon or ATT store before getting locked into a contact with these abusers. read more

I came here 5/22/2025 to pick up my replacement phone because my battery for my iphone 13 kept dying at %70. I just got off work and i was very tired. A young lady approached me and i told her my situation. She kept questioning like if they really sent my phone here and i said yes twice. I spoke to t mobile customer service two days before and they sent me confirmation email. i had the email for proof. She then said if i knew the battery was expanding inside the Iphone and i said no but thats what i was there for because the iphone battery kept messing up and dying when it was fully charged. She then said they were not able to let me take home my replacement because the battery is expanding and if i had another phone for now to use. i told her no, that is my only phone. She then started offering me to upgrade or to add a new line. She said well we can't take your phone that I need to call the insurance instead and pay a deductible fee now. She basically did not help me at all and kept my replacement phone. I will be calling customer service again and let them know how i was treated here. That really was not right and rude. So my replacement is just sitting the back of their store. i been a T mobile customer for almost 5 years and been paying their insurance for nothing i guess. Ill be making a call to the FCC about this. read more

Came in to get help with our new SIM cards since we just switched over from Verizon, all of the employees were just sitting down hanging out not trying to do shit. The gentleman that was helping us had an attitude and every time we had a question he would not wanna answer and would just say, "well what did the customer service agent tell you over the phone?" After he was done he just handed the phones back and left to the enclosed office. Come on T-Mobile you gotta stop hiring people that have no customer service etiquette. We definitely will not be coming back there to give our business to this particular establishment. After entering the info, the clerk says it looks like their shipping system us down is they can't verify my address and complete processing of my order. I have to come back tomorrow, he says. I give them a zero on customer service. Could they have taken my info and processed when their system came back up? They didn't suggest it! I walked into the store and there are 2 reps both serving customers... me entered the store and stand there quietly for more than 90secs, and the 2 reps don't bother to raise up their head nor greet, or at least show a sign that they know that I was there, so mosquito quiet & odd! So I pretend to check out other things instead... another 2 reps walked in with breakfast one after another, still walk passed by me, no eye contact/nothing, walked straight to the back. I was like okay... they haven't clock in yet. After +10mins another customer walked in and still nothing from the reps until about 20secs, and the other customer got what she wants and leave the store.... I walked to the rep & said what is this!? I have been waiting... the rep then said "oh, I didn't see you..." OH, MY GOODNESS. Breathe... ! No! I can't hold it!... &@$#% It's just disappointed that the management didn't train their staffs well nor care about it. This is just basic 101!?! First and foremost, I dread going into phone stores. Upon entering the store I was very frustrated by the fact that my phone was completely out of service! I was greeted by JERRY who ensured the issue I was having with my device would be solved efficiently... that alone put me at ease knowing that the problem I was having with my device was fixable. Jerry handed my device over to his coworker BRYAN who he entrusted to better assist with the issue I was having (TEAMWORK). From the moment my device reached Bryan's hand up until I left the store he exemplified EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although my device had to be shipped off in order to be fixed (battery issues), he ensured that I wouldn't leave the store phone-less and patiently assisted with setting up the loaner device I was given. I am not the most tech savvy individual so having his assistance was AMAZING! Both Bryan and Jerry made my experience one to remember, we shared a few laughs in the midst of setting up the loaner device. It's all about the experience for me, I will ABSOLUTELY return to this store to purchase the new iPhone 12 as well as highly recommend this store to others. I went to this location to get my screen protector replaced. I wasn't greeted for 10 mins. Against my better judgment I continued to wait. Mind you we were waiting outside in the sun. I asked how long the wait would be and he said 5 mins or less. Still Adrian did not ask what I needed. After waiting a total of 21 mins. Someone came and asked if I was on the list Before he proceeded to go back in I asked if they had the screen protector.... he checked and guess what? They didn't have it so I waited for no reason.
