Wanted to trade in my old phone for a new one. It took a long time and they suggested adding a Samsung watch for 99 cents a month. Thought that was a great option until I found out later that a new phone line was added plus a lot more service fees. My 99 cent upgrade was goin to cost me about $80 a month more and over $100 more in one time service fees, etc. I ask them if this was only 99 cents more and they said yes. They didn't give me the other details until the billing info came through in an email that didn't come directly to me but to my son-in-law who I guess was first on the shared account. The moment I have waited two years for has finally arrived. It was time to upgrade my phone and say goodbye to my companion I have had for the last two years. I already knew which phone I was going to get and I already had an idea of what accessories I was going to get along with the phone. Walked in, was greeted, and had a very short wait before I was on my way. The only gripe, and I mean the single only gripe, I had was that they only had one color of the phone. A nice selection would have been ideal, but in the end I reminded myself that I was not going to care one bit once I put a case on it. Since the last time I got a new phone the process is so my easier. I just sat there and let my old phone transfer to the new phone. No wires necessary, just sat next to each other. I have to give a shout to the associate that helped me out. Jensen, you did an amazing job. Every single question I had he was able to answer confidently. He was able just chat as well when the transfer of information between phones was taking a bit longer. Jensen also convinced me to change my plan a bit. I got more data and hot spot, for less of the price. Once the transfer was complete it was onto accessories. I already knew the brand of case I wanted and I wanted a screen protector. I was informed that since I was already buying both of those I would end up getting a wireless charger for free. Hey, that's great, I'm down for that. Once everything was said and done. Once I paid. I was happy to walk out of the store. What is awesome is that they give you a reusable bag to put your items in. Able to use that thing again and again. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worse experience I've had in a long time. Employee, Hollie and assistant manager Brooke convinced me to switch to a business account to save money....that certainly was not the case. They ended up transferring all but two of my lines to the business account and never fixed it. I went in early October, they still hadn't completed the switch late November. After several calls to corporate AT&T and to their store it still was not done. When I called Brooke, she didn't apologize for the hours (approx 8) I have wasted trying to rectify their mistake nor did she show any sign of empathy for what a long time customer had been through. She did credit my account $112 and acted like it was a favor to me... Her and her team member were not knowledgeable on how to transfer a consumer account to a business account. Brooke is also not trained properly on customer service issues which is a necessary skill for a manager. Hopefully the store manager will take this as a lesson learned and get some training for his manager on staff. read more
