She was simply amazing; very professional, providing impeccable service. Bart Wesolowski and his side kid Randy stopped by the house for a TV & wall mount installation over the fire place. Bart is simply a rare professional, he explained everything in detail & worked with precision and speed. The installation was not done until he was satisfied with absolutely every single detail. I witnessed how he measured every inch of distance between the tv and sound bar. He adjusted and balanced the sound to perfection. Even after finishing the job, he was not 100% satisfied with his own work, so he took the 82" tv down and adjusted the entire set up again until he decided it was 100% perfect. I was watching the entire process and thought things were looking great & far meeting my expectations. Not to Bart. After witnessing Bart's level of knowledge & craft, I asked him if he could add another TV & wall mount installation to a bedroom on the second floor of the house. He immediately jumped into action and the results were simply phenomenal again. This business approach, straight up honesty and professionalism is a rare find these days. Bart came out the day after my request and gave me an estimate, and they were back out to do the job three days later. They were also able to schedule and coordinate via text as well as calls, which was very helpful for me as I was doing most of my interaction with them while I was at work. The guys were complete professionals, clearly well-versed in everything home theater-related, and very friendly. They were in and out in an hour and a half, and everything looks/sounds incredible! It meant a lot of extra work for him but he gladly went the extra mile and made it turn out probably better than originally planned.
