I took off work, and I arrived at the designated time. The lights were off, the door was locked. I called and tried all the options until I got a human. The guy said "The door is open, I was in the bathroom. Appointments don't mean anything just come on in." THEN he unlocked the door. Looked like he just woke up. Next, he told me he couldn't get parts for my brand. He had not even seen my appointment details.
