Ordered my phone online for pickup in the store. When I got the message that my order was ready and went to the store, I was completely ignored. No one greeted me, but there were three tables of people just sitting around talking, so I had no clue who actually worked there. I went there to transfer ownership from my friends account to my name. First employee was never friendly and did not properly listeb to my request. One of the employees said that that could be done. She ran my credit and then said that it could not be transferred. I tried to talk to the manager William Linhardt. He was present in the store. The associate was so nice, even though he knew I was not an AT&T user and had no intention of leaving my current provider. Salesperson Jason lied about trade in credit and upgrade fees costing my wife and I $410. I have been attempting to get AT&T to stand behind Jason's promise when we did the transaction but Jason continues to lie. The store manager Mena has failed to make good on this situation as well. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office. I have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. I have posted on the AT&T FB page and will leave a bad review everywhere possible. Well went back after 2 years to try to secure an upgrade. I tried repeatedly to call my previous sales person, Noble, but return calls not his thing. Short and sweet, I went to Verizon, got a better deal and service. Just say no to this branch and company especially when they push the Dish and Cincinnati Bell combo. Unless you are willing to sacrifice for price. I guess the contracts should have been a sign(Dish primarily). And you know what burns me the most? The place is never so busy that they can't call you back. And if one rep is out, have someone cover you. Sales success or failure! This one was a failure. I'm disappointed Noble. read more

I am very frustrated with AT&T right now. I have been a two year customer and always pay my bill. I set up my arrangements on my phone for auto pay out of my account. I just received a new bill from what they are calling a reconnect charge and late fee. I pay my bill the same way every month and now they are telling me this a charge from November when a payment didn't go thru. They said I set up a manual payment from an account that was not a valid account. Why in the world would I set up a payment from a non valid account. Something happened on their end but they keep telling me this is a valid charge and no one in the company can wave it. They certainly do not value their customers. Buyer beware. I will be getting out of my contract as soon as I can. read more

Due to my phone being damaged, I had to use the insurance to get a replacement phone. When I had issues with the insurance company sending me horrible phones, the manager and his employees where amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed. The reason why I switched to AT&T was because of their customer service at this location and they reinforced how great their customer service over the past week!
