I had an issue with my phone, and after being brushed off completely at the Lebanon store and getting nowhere with calling Verizon's customer service, I ended up at this store. Bryon was fantastic; he fixed the issue right away, and was super pleasant to be around, taking pride in helping sort things out, cracking jokes and just providing all around great service. Buyer beware. This is not a Verizon corporate store, but a franchise. Any issues you have cannot be solved by Verizon, a good company. You'll have to address locally at this store, which has so far been very unprofessional. My issue is that the salesman promised me a good trade-in value, due to a promo, to upgrade to an iPhone14. I did the deal, but the trade-in value did not materialize, once my first bill came. Verizon corp states the actual trade-in value of my old phone is a fraction of what was promised by the salesman onsite at the store. I called the store, explained my issue, with Verizon on the other line; the guy said he couldn't help me, and when pressed, said my issue "did not matter tonight anyway" as anyone who could help me was not there. Enough said. I've asked for the store manager to call me for resolution, we'll see. I've had Verizon for 20 years, with few issues. At this point, I would recommend instead going to a Verizon corp store, not Wireless Zone, to do business. read more

Great employees, but buyer beware! I found myself in need of a new phone while visiting family in the area. I intended to purchase an iPhone X, but the one phone they had in stock appeared to already be assigned to someone else in their system. I settled for an 8, knowing that there was a 14-day return window. My first warning is that you should check before going in to make sure that they have the phone you are wanting - both times I was in there, the stock was extremely low. What I didn't realize is that because I purchased the phone through an authorized retailer, I would have to return the phone to that exact store location (in person!). This required an unexpected return trip. There were a lot of complications along the way - I admit that some of it was of my own doing. I worked with Max who ultimately solved my problems and was patient with me, but it was a little painful for both of us. My second warning is to not use an authorized retailer for your phone problems if you are from out of town! Using a corporate location will be much easier if you have concerns with the original purchase. There is also a device transfer fee every time you have them switch over data from phone to phone. I didn't realize this until after I had gotten my bill. It's hard to be mad at the team there, but I do think there are some things that customers should know before going in! read more

Excellent customer service! If you leave this store unhappy, it's because you hastily expected your problems to be solved in a jiffy -- be patient and you'll be rewarded. My mother and I received assistance from Paul Huston, a sales consultant, on numerous occasions. He was kind, concerned, and knowledgeable. Ultimately, he helped to lower my mother's monthly bill, equip her with a smart phone suitable for her needs, alleviate the mail in rebate paperwork, and transfer her list of contacts. Moreover, I am pleased to say I witnessed Paul be this attentive and thorough with other customers as well. read more

The two employees that were working weren't very helpful. They both sat at the desk with scowls on their faces and seemed annoyed that they had a customer walk into their store. My fiancé and I were there to add him to my account and close his account through work. We had the information we needed to close his account and transfer to mine. Instead of walking us through it in the store, he basically sent us home to figure it out for ourselves. He didn't even offer to show us what our deals would be if we added him to my account. He seemed quick to get us out of the store. I get that it isn't fun working on a Saturday but it would have been nice to walk into a friendly, welcoming store where I didn't feel like we were being a burden. read more

We went here to get help with a phone and were "assisted" by rude and unprofessional employees. I wish I could post the employees' names, but since no one was in a Verizon shirt or wearing a name tag, maybe I interrupted a robbery instead. We were told that Walmart could probably help us better. I wish I could give this place negative stars, but apparently I have to give it 1 star. read more

Avoid this place, especially dealing with John. I went in to buy a phone and asked to not be asked to switch plans, he then,proceeded to show me how stupid I was for not wanting to switch out of a plan with unlimited data and 9.99 a month line fee. Then he acted really smug like I was an idiot for not wanting to listen to his sales pitch. I asked him again that I just wanted to get a new phone. He looked at me again and said "don't you want to save money?" He was training a new employee at the time as well, Wilson, who was very nice and seemed to understand my position, but John was just rude, smug, and belligerent and still wanted to proceed his way. I guess the old saying the customer is always right is not true when you are dealing with John, cause he is smarter than everyone else. I did call and talk to his "boss", Josh, who was very nice and tried to make things better, but this place would be way better off without John. read more

I lost my iPhone 11 in the lake so my husband went to purchase a new phone because we did not have insurance. We only had the e phone maybe 5 months. He told the Manager at this store who was a woman what happened. She told him he could purchase insurance, wait 30-60 days, and file a claim. He got a new phone from her and I was going to use it until we got the new iPhone 11 (per her recommendation) We went back in to talk to her 2 months later and she denied everything. I am not sure if she was on something or was just trying to get my husband to buy the insurance and spend more money. He went in that day to buy a new phone anyway, and came out with a new phone (and a lot of accessories he did not need), he purchased the insurance and the promise of a replacement for the iPhone in 30-60 days via insurance. Garbage. Don't trust anything the manager tells you. She only cares about her sales and lies. read more

On 04/16/16 upgraded my Samsung III to a iPhone 6 Plus. Jon Lipsey took the time to help us upgrade our plan. Which we did (saving $70 monthly) without any pressure to buy a phone. We went back the next day to purchase a new phone. He patiently explained the options and it was obvious he wanted to help us, not just make a sale. The atmosphere was a lot better than the Verizon factory store. read more

Paul Huston is amazing at the store. I went with an issue about the hardware, without any promises of buying anything new, but he treated me like I was the most important customer in the store. He spent hours trying to resolve the issue, and was very professional and courteous. Absolutley loved the experience, and am going back for all my Verizon needs in the future. read more

Recently went to this location to renew contract and inquire about potential service upgrades. After waking up the only employee (I couldn't tell if it was a male/female due to attire and lack of name tag), I was met with a cert attitude and complete lack of customer service. After a 15 minute attempted discussion regarding plans, I left the location and went to the Sprint store down the street. After being a customer of Verizon's for 20 years, I'm now a happy Sprint Customer. read more
