Mya was exrtremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping us and explaining our options. Mya provided top notch customer service. Unfortunately, T-Mobile does not currently offer wireless internet where we live. We have T-Mobile cellular service and we are are very happy with it. Even though we could not get T-Mobile wireless internet today, we were very impressed by how helpful and knowledgable Mya was.

My account was never recovered, so we stopped going and switched to Costco and the Sam's Club in Little Rock. After almost a year, we finally returned to the Conway location. While scanning our items, the store's main manager, Kevin, recognized us. He mentioned he hadn't seen us in a while and asked what had happened. He even remembered our account issue! After explaining everything, he sincerely apologized, said he'd look into it, and comped our membership for a year! That's leadership and customer service! Now I can come back every weekend.
