They informed me that it would probably not last and that it would be cheaper in the long run to replace the phone then to spend the money on the screen and then the backlight go out and have to fix it or to even fix the backlight and screen at the same time. Saved us time and money and didn't even charge us for the work they had done to try to fix it. I would highly recommend them over any other repair place in the area. I had a issue with a screen they installed once and when I went back in they just put another screen on and apologized for the issue. I've experienced other shops and don't see another reason to go anywhere else unless I'm out of town and need emergency repairs. So thank you all for doing such good work.
