Very friendly and helpful people at the Cuyahoga Falls office. We switched to AT&T in November and are very happy.

There were even a couple of times where Joel took the time to trouble shoot and ultimately fix whatever the issue was and then offer no charge. Looking back, I wonder if this was possibly because my issue was minor- something that most people would be able to understand and therefore take care of on their own but either way, in this day and age, it's next to impossible to find that kind of generous kindness. As a thank you, I always tipped him. Yesterday I had to jump through hoops just to try to fix my phone and to buy a new phone. It was very stressful and annoying. The whole time I kept saying to my husband that I wished aha was still open. So Joel, if you see this, thank you and know that a lot of people miss aha!

I have Simple Mobile that I got through him, and my partner is on Page Plus, also through him, and the service and phones are great - so much better than Boost that I had before. I'd highly recommend Aha! Wireless to anyone looking for better service (just not Boost), and a great price on repairs - my broken iPhone screen cost less than half the price of the Apple store, and I haven't had a problem since! Great job, guys!

I have never experienced such difficulty in simply upgrading to a new phone. My old phone was deactivated and they literally sent me home with a new SIM card with the new phone sitting right there and told me to just order online and wait for two weeks. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes several times and when I spoke to the sales associate that took care of this interaction his response was "I don't own At&T so I can't control anything" and the managers response was "I'm not really sure what happened since I didn't take part in the interaction". So if you can go to literally any other store I would do that because the employees at this location do not care about the customers.

I'd give zero stars if I could. My story is too long but I'll try a condensed version. The…read moremanager has zero clue what she's talking about. I had a decent plan prior to going there but the manager convinced me she could save me over $100 a month. I have 10 lines, which I know isn't AT & T's issue. So, she told me I'd save $100+ a month. I was very concerned about changing anything because you can't go back once you change but she talked me into it because I was spending WAY too much money and she was going to fix that and blah, blah, blah. She promised me that I wouldn't lose my employee discount and all the other perks I had after being a customer for almost twenty years. I had two phones to trade in and only got credit for one. Couldn't prove I turned in the phone even though I took a picture of the receipt because their printers weren't working the day I was there. I'm still not getting credit for the one phone. I hesitated going to that store in the first place because I had a bad experience there once before but I bit the bullet and went. Ugh. At the end of this, I was screwed royally, lost my employee discount and my bill is OVER $100 more a month. I'm trying to work with actual AT & T retention department to try to fix this mess all these months later. There is so much more to this story but you get the gist. Just don't go. Stay away from that place. They truly do not know the rules of AT & T.

What if she has an emergency, needs an ambulance, or needs help?!?! As one of the most physically vulnerable to the virus, she needs telephone service the MOST right now! No waiver she has to access online. She doesn't have the internet, she's 80! AT&T seems to have an accessibility issue, as in your emergency provisions need to be ACCESSIBLE to EVERYONE. You should not be turning off ANYONE'S phone service in a pandemic!!! Then, when a family member went in to pay the bill, she brought her phone. (She also has a contract with AT&T.). She asked them why her Google maps wouldn't work. (She is the former's caretaker and the one who takes her to Dr appointments, so she needs the service she pays for and uses to get around.)The salesperson said the wifi does not work. (So, pretty much- they sent her home with a BROKEN phone.). She pays for data. Why should she be allowed to walk out of the damn door with a non-fully functional device in a Pandemic when she may need to look up an emergency room or hospital? When she asked what she could do? The salesperson told her to "Call technical support". Really? You couldn't just help her file a claim for a broken phone and let her have a refurbished working one? Really?!?!? AT&T is an act fit for a circus. Terrible customer service. Forget the extra mile, how about the most basic one. Humanity, especially during this time. You just lost loyal business.
