Went in to consider a trade in from my iPhone XR and was right off the bat told it had a 350 dollar trade in value when shown to the worker. I liked the deal so based off that knowledge I agreed to buy the iphone 15. I performed the transfer of info at home from old phone to new phone and wiped the old phone. I brought back the old XR to cash in the 350$ trade in, and was told it was worthless. I was then told I would have to pay a restocking fee to return the phone. Don't go into the store and expect to leave with your phone. I came into the store asking for an upgrade the person behind the counter was extremely surly and said that they could help me upon taking my phone they pocketed it. I tried to get it back but they told me They didn't have to help me and refused my service? after almost an hour of arguing with the man I finally tricked him into giving me my phone back by asking him if "I could see it for a second" The incompetence shown in this shop is beyond upsetting, go anywhere else than here to get your phone screens repaired or to upgrade your phone there is an AT&T store not far from this retailer that is an actual AT&T store save yourself the trouble and just go there. read more

OKAY. I wish I could give this zero stars. I went in this morning at 10:30, wasn't served until 11:30, after being told it was a 25 minute wait. No one checked on us the entire time, and about five to six different groups of people came in during the mean time. No one was helped or acknowledged during the entire wait. Finally, after dealing with someone the previous day, and on this day, both people told us we were approved for various discounts and offers, and started our work on switching the family's phones from Sprint. I would sell my soul to go back to sprint already. After signing various screens on an iPad, and after having the 3 phones already switched over, all of a sudden everything changed. We were told one phone wasn't in proper condition according to guidelines that we were never told beforehand or warned about. Screwing us already. Then, we weren't getting the activation fee discount because the woman who wasn't serving us or ANYONE and just sitting there decided some random qualification. After loudly voicing my thoughts on how this is a breech of contract that was decided upon prior to beginning this process, they made no attempts to fix anything or even listen to me. The employees were very disrespectful. We were extremely thorough in every detail, and were confirmed everything was in order. Changing your mind after we've already signed things and had switched the phones over is unacceptable. Your mistake is on YOU. Don't gut your customers for extra money because YOU made a mistake. You're breaking a contract. The woman who I ASSUME was the store manager did NOTHING for any customer in the store, and just sat there with a b*tchy look on her face. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And BY THE WAY, it is after 2:00pm and my phone is still not activating and restoring properly. No thanks the AT&T. read more

I went in to buy new phone. I was told that my bill would be $113, much to my surprise it was $257. I called att directly and found out the manager of the store added additional services that I didn't order or want. Even ATT employee said they have problems with stores lying to customers. Get everything in writing so you don't have to spend an hour on the phone with ATT correcting the fraud!!! read more

Terrible store, I signed up for two long term AT&T services here and was promised a 100 dollar visa gift card for each. It turns out that I don't get any gift card for signing up. I tried to call the store with the rewards center on the line. The manager wasn't in but was told would call me back and never did. Do not accept any rewards that they offer without materials in writing. I felt like it was a ploy to sell more services. I was planning on buying them anyway before the store employee told me about the rewards. But to be promised a gift card and then not to receive it is bad business. I went in to add my 21 year old son to our family plan and get a new SIM card for his phone. It was a Saturday afternoon and yet the parking spaces in front of the store were empty! I felt a little better, and went in, and lo and behold, there were 3 employees all twiddling their thumbs on their cell phones, looking down. So, no line and instant service! Yay. The employee we got definitely helped with the cellphones, but asked me about Direct TV, and would I be interested? He said it would be $220 a month for cell, TV and Internet, and if we wanted a landline phone still, to add another $20. I said I would tell my husband about it at home. So he gave me printed info and I thought that was that. Well no, it wasn't. I got home and later that night, checked my ATT online and it said I signed up for a 24 month contract for DirectTV AND that my installation date was coming up on a Friday in 3 weeks. And the PRICE was $389. There was no way to delete it or change it or remove it online. I texted the employee who had given me his card on which he had handwritten to "text or call", and questioned this. Zero response. Next morning I spent 25 minutes on the phone with ATT, after 5 minutes of maneuvering through stupid automated menus to get to a human. The first human knew nothing and transferred me. The next one rectified the situation, said he would report this employee, said it was against their policy for employees to behave in such a manner and apologized. I never signed a damn thing nor gave anything close to verbal consent. I simply agreed to letting my husband listen to the guy's pitch over the phone the next day. But needless to say, after these shenanigans, that never happened and if I could, I would switch all our phones to another carrier. From now on, I will know to be curt if not harsh to any employee at the ATT store. This guy (whose name starts with a T) was S L I C K. He asked to see my license and scanned it and I am thinking this must be what he used to somehow assume consent? Worse than "used car salesmen" of yore, by far. He's the new breed. They sell defective phones. I went through 5 phones in 1 year. They all lasted 3 months AT MOST and then they got buggy to the point of being completely useless. And these were supposed to be good phones, too. I got the Xenon, Iphone, Blackjack and more and they ALL turned to shit in 1-3 months. It got to the point where I couldn't end a phone call without taking the battery out and I couldn't turn it back on unless it was plugged into the charger. So if I was out and someone called me, my cell would be completely useless for the rest of the time I was out. Also, my friends who had at&t phones from other at&t stores worked perfectly. But the phones from this store are DEFECTIVE. and I never, ever, ever drop my phone or get them wet and whatnot. So, if you want an at&t cell phone, don't go to this store. You will be sorry. Customer service isn't that great either, I was the only one in the store, and the manager made me wait 20 minutes for him to be done talking on his CELL phone before helping me. And he was rude to me on top of that. He reminded me a lot of Spencer Pratt. read more
