I payed the 260 dollars…read morefor the part and labor then waited for the part to come in, the part finally came in and to their credit they did get the screen replaced but not without causing other issues with the phone. after having the phone back in my possession over a weekend these issues came to light so i called them to let them know. I was told to bring the phone in so they could take a look and fix the issues fast forward two weeks and I get a call that my phone is unfix able it was returned to me in a completely inoperable state a paperweight if you will. I was told that a refund was the best they could do and that they would never touch this kind of phone again as if that was supposed to help me. i am now out a 1000 dollar phone and stuck trying to find a cheap replacement.

I called at 1:30 and was told it would be ready in 1 hr, maximum 2 hrs. .... 3 hrs later, no call and approaching closing time ...I go there. They had done nothing because they didn't have the iCloud pssscode.......again, no effort to contact me for that information. I took my phones and left. 2 DAYS wasted. Not sure if they can competently repair phones...... they don't competently run their business .

One day I accidentally dropped my cell phone. I needed a new screen fast as my whole screen turned…read moreblack and I couldn't even take a call. I was in the middle of a busy work day and the people here charged me a rate of $120 for a new screen including parts, labor and tax. Well I thought it was a better option then replacing my I phone at the time so I said fine and it was repaired in less then 2 hours. The people at the kiosk were friendly and they could tell me exactly what was wrong with my phone. I got the phone fixed and it looked great. Not even two hours after my screen had been fixed, I had realized that my screen had cracked again. I took it back and they quoted me $90 to fix the phone for a second time that day. I don't feel that this was fair as I had not dropped the phone or did anything rough to make it crack. It was In my apron pocket, but I work retail and am behind the cash register more then 90% of the day. In my opinion the new crack was due to a cheap aftermarket screen and faulty products. I shouldn't have to pay such a high price, almost as much as it would have costed to buy another phone on eBay... To fix a 4 year old phone. I won't shop here again.

I brought my phone back to see if they could just take the screen out and reinstall it so it fit properly, because a trainee had initially installed the screen. The employee at Cellairis told me that the screen was only popping out because my phone must be bent. My phone is not bent, and two months later, the glass face of the screen is actually pulling away from the phone face, exposing the inside of my phone. I now have to order another screen and have that screen installed, but I will never be going back to Cellairis because of the poor quality equipment they use.
