Lost my phone over an exciting weekend and needed to get a new one so I visited this location first thing the next day (Sunday). I was greeted and asked to please wait so I browsed for a bit & then Brandon came to help, very friendly. I told him my scenario, he asked a few questions to find the best option for me & came back with more than I expected. I came in for a new phone and he came back with a special offer on an iPad & a free Amazon Firestick. I was very thankful not to feel pressured into making decisions I wasn't comfortable with and he took his time to make me a happy customer. Brandon was also just a good dude in general. Beware. I had a plan that was unlimited and grandfathered into. They convinced me to change my plan and that my bill would go down. I'm now paying more than ever for less service. Complete scam. Chat agents feel like AI and are no help. All they say is "rest assured" but there's no rest and no assurance. My bill went up $82 this month for changes that were supposed to lower my bill. The last agent said they could issue me a $15. lol. Pure insanity and this feels like something illegal happened here. Tricked me into changing plans and now I'm paying more. I've been with AT&T for over 20+ years. Have internet with them. And am finally at a breaking point where I will be looking elsewhere. There's lot of competition out there for mobile providers. Please be careful not to get scammed like I did. (Oh and they can't put me back on my old plan because of course it's not offered anymore.) I had seen an advertisement for some phone plans I was interested in looking into and rather than calling or trying to figure them out online, I thought going to a store might be my best option. I walked in and there were a few people in the store already. While one woman was yelling at a manager, everyone else seemed pretty calm. I walked around for a bit and was greeted by an associate who said "someone will be with you soon." Soon must be relative because to me it wasn't soon. I kept making loops around the store looking around at the various items while some associates sat in chairs chit chatting. Eventually someone, who I believed was a manager came by to ask what I needed. It was kind of like being at the doctors. You wait 30 minutes for your doc and when he finally shows up you only spend 2 minutes with him. The guy answered my questions and I was out of there. It would have been nice not to have to wait to so long to have someone help me, especially when they weren't busy. read more

If I could rate this store higher, I would. Ryan Scarlottstubblefield and Carlos Bahamon saved the day and helped resolve a situation in which I was blatantly lied to by another sales representative in the Turtle Run store in Florida. Here is a little about my poor experience. I was sold an iPhone 14 Plus phone in the Turtle Run store. The salesperson Nicholas told me I would receive a $1,000 trade-in credit from my previous phone, as AT&T felt it was in excellent condition. When my daughter brought the phone in to be transferred, the store would not honor the credit. The credit only applied to the iPhone 14 Pro Max. That cost of that phone was a bit higher than I wanted to pay and my goal was to trade my current phone up and lower my phone bill. The $1,000 credit would allow me to do that. Unfortunately, the Turtle Run store offered me no options, suggestions or even attempts at making my situation better. When I stopped in the Cypress Station store, I explained my situation to Ryan and Carlos. They priced out 3 different options, made a clean exchange of accessories and I left the store with a new phone and lower monthly phone bill. I walked into the store and was greeted by Juan. From then on my life got easier. I had a bad day my phone died, was hot, hungry and to top it off my charger wasn't working. After numerous reps tell me to go to the store because they would be able to quickly give me an advertised discount, I enter and the first guy without attempting to inform himself/research since he obviously was clueless, tells me that I need to go to my superiors for that particular discount. People doesn't that sound dumb? He calls his manager who is also clueless but at least doesn't tell me to go to my superiors. Instead she gives me a number to call. Back to square one so I called and after two more tries I get a rep that takes her time to research and she emails me a form and a fax number. This is my favorite AT&T store because they are always helpful. Had a problem with my new IPhone SE that wouldn't send messages. The manager Baha helped me immediately and also got a member of his team working on it. Turned out the SIM card had been set up incorrectly. Took about 10 minutes to solve and made me a very happy customer. read more

Absolutely horrible service. 1. Nobody picks up the phone in the store. 2. The phone system does not allow you to leave a message for somebody to call back. 3. On my initial visit to the store that was an older lady there who apparently worked there for a long time I was told by another associate. This person was helping someone else and when she was finished never greeted me; walked off into a back room never returned. 4. I purchased a phone case for about 100 bucks and was never emailed the receipt as promised. I simply wanted a copy of the receipt but again no one picks up the phone. 5. This solidifies my past experiences with AT&T and the only reason I use them it's because it's a company phone. As a result I would never use any of their other services. read more

I would rate this store less then 1 if I could. I went 8 day prior to upgrade date. I called the Att and was told I could upgrade. I then called the store and was told I could upgrade. After taking the trip I was informed by the manager that I could not upgrade. I then placed an order over the phone and it was mysteriously cancelled by a store location the next day. Hmmm. Well I will be ordering my phone from best buy. Terrible service at this store. read more

I purchased an iPhone 6 and asked that my plan stay the same. The employee added additional options I did not ask for not request. Typical slamming practice where the store hopes you will not notice the add ons. I noticed two days later when I got an email from a third party vendor congratulating me on my new add on service. I went to the store and spoke to the manager "Adam" who was not available when I first came in but after fifteen minutes he appears from the back after hearing laughter in the back. I was already on the phone with Att corporate complaining. The manager blew it off and said he's never seen this happen before. He said they don't make any money off this. I find that hard to believe they offer items they don't profit off of. I then asked why I got a text to do a survey on the employee who did the transaction but the survey text never came thru. The manager again stated he's never seen this before either. He said he's been there two years. Very odd and sneaky. I would not Goto this store if you do check to make sure they don't secretly add things to your contract/bill. The manager refused to even address this issue and refused to acknowledge that at the least they need to retrain their employees. This leads me to believe that it's part of a bigger scam pulled off on more customers than people realize. I recommend reporting them to the Florida division of consumer services. read more
