I have used Pronto on three occasions. Once was a few months ago when they fixed the screen in my broken iPhone. Two weeks they fixed screens on both a broken iPhone & iPad. Yes, I am a klutz! Today, they put a new battery in my iPhone. The guys at the place were helpful and answered all of my questions. Service was fast & reasonable. It took a few hours. Left both there while I got my hair done near by. I have waited a couple of weeks to make sure nothing was wrong with my devices after they were fixed, and yes, both devices are fine! Like new! I took my Beats headphones to this store. The audio quality worked fine. The only problem was that the volume button on the side of the headphones stopped working. When they gave me back my phone, nothing worked. A store employee told me that I just need to charge the headphones because the battery was momentarily dead. I charged the and the headphones still didn't work. They never fixed my headphones. I store employee offered to trade my headphones for a new pair of headphones. However, every time I call them, I'm told that the store manager is not there and she will call me back. No one has ever called me back! My 3 year old decided he wanted to look at pictures on my galaxy 4 the one I was told by sprint had that nifty unbreakable gorilla glass...well surprise! Not so much. So after calling sprint and finding out my insurance was now $150.00 for a used pos phone I started calling repair shops on yelp, well after 5 different shops all giving me outrageous prices just to fix the glass $150+ (the lcd was fine). I finally found Pronto and after speaking to them and getting a quote I headed right over...it only took an hour and cost a fraction of ALL the other places! The staff was extremely helpful and FRIENDLY! I broke my iphone the entire screen broke and there was crazy lines going through it and the touch function was no longer working. I was about to use my insurance to get a replacement but my boyfriend turned me on to this place so we brought it in to see if they can fix it. They said if they can't they won't charge me. Seems reasonable to me. They said they can get it done in an hour. Seems like great news to me since insurance would take a few days to process and deliver to me. So I came back an hour later and walla the phone looked brand new again. The touching feature worked again and a brand new screen. Almost half the cost of what my insurace deductable would've cost, and I left very happy, yet stil wondered if there would be any problems days to come. I had my stylus jammed stuck into my phone and had no other way to fix the problem but have it removed by disassembling the phone. Not an easy job to do on a Samsung Galaxy note 3! The gentleman that helped me was very courteous and knowledgable; he's got a great attitude and is very customer- oriented. According to the bottom of my receipt, his name Raphael- he definitely deserves some recognition from his "higher ups" because he was just awesome. I dropped off my iPad to have the screen replaced Monday. They said it would be done Tuesday, but never finished it until Friday. I was fixing it to resell, and they slapped a sticker on the back of it that was impossible to remove. I'd go elsewhere. read more

I was visiting my parents 1200 miles from home (I live outside Philadelphia) my Samsung S7 Edge slipped out of my pocket as i was getting out of my rental car, hit the asphalt and the screen shattered. I called Square Trade, the company I have my extended warranty with, and they recommended Pronto Fix. I called Christy, she gave me a price, told me it would take 4 to 6 hours, and I told her I'd bring it by when they opened in the morning. So, late Friday night, holding my phone a guy walks into me and their goes the phone...and that was excellent! The screen was smashed and more importantly the LCD was done! I searched around a bit with options between my provider and having the phone fixed. I called Albert at Pronto and he explained that he could repair it that day....he closes at 5pm. I wasn't able to arrive until 4:15 and knowing how customer service works in Fort Lauderdale I expected the "I can have it for you tomorrow" which was not the case. Albert was quick to assist and I was very thankful, he stayed late, insured the phone was operational and sent me on my way. He also gave me a free frame at no charge. The main thing is, if you 'Need" you device repaired, his pricing and service are the best, his attitude and knowledge base is vast and made additional suggestions regarding what to do with the damaged device for possible parts in the future. JUST NOT FOR IPHONES. I read some good reviews. They were quite friendly at Pronto, and replaced the cracked glass on my iPhone 7. Looked fine. When I got home and used it, the colors on the screen began to get dull, pale yellow, back to normal, then worse.... it wasn't subtle. It was hard to look at if you were typing an email. I showed a friend before I called them. Was definitely something wrong. They said they couldn't see anything. That wasn't possible. It was like you'd been sliding the brightness bar and flickering on and off night mode. They said they'd replace the glass again. She said it did look defective and would send that glass back to the supplier. I tried the next one. Same thing. It was very obvious they weren't telling the truth. It was obvious they were using a very poor quality of glass. It was made so poorly that the colors on the screen would change as you moved the phone. That's not an iPhone trait. They either left the same first defective glass in there and said they changed it, or they simply did replace that glass with another very poor quality glass. I just said thx and left. I was about to trade it for the 8 so I just wanted it to pass inspection. But you could never leave that glass in your iPhone. I think they can fix most things, they just don't have the right glass for an iphone. That's why your iPhone has to go to an authorized iPhone repair place. read more

So happy I found this place! The loudspeaker on my iPhone 5 stopped working. Called around a few places and they were quoting me ridiculous prices and saying they had limited supply and to come fast. I called Pronto Fix and they gave me a very reasonable price quote. When I got there, they didn't try to mess me around and jack up the prices. They said it will take about an hour to fix it and asked me to leave a contact number where they could reach me when my phone was done so I wouldn't have to sit around waiting. Was very pleased they called in a reasonable time to pick up my phone and I didn't have to chase them wondering what was going on with my phone. Brought my phone to Pronto Fix to be repaired After only 5 days after the repair, an issue with the repair surfaced. I brought the phone back and they advised I had broken it and would not honor any repair warranty. (Note: I found it odd that they offered only a 7 day warranty when most other repair shops offered a 90-day warranty on the same repair.) I bought the phone to another repair shop who indicated the phone was not broken by me as the repair done improperly by Pronto Fix. They also advised that Pronto Fix should have warrantied the their repair. I would never recommend this shop as they do not stand behind their work and are quick to blame the consumer for their failed repair. read more

After being literally everywhere to fix my Samsung phone ( international version, been unlocked, God know what else) because Google services were not functioning properly, Pablo did what seemed to be the impossible. And he did it in 2 and half hours. Yup, that was it. He did what Google support, Samsung support, and GeekSquad couldn't figure out.
