For me, buying a phone from a corporate store offers far better benefits than purchasing from a non-corporate location. The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable, and he took the time to educate me on some new phones that I liked. Although I didn't buy my phone here, I highly recommend this store because the associates were incredibly helpful and I learned a lot.

I went to the 3rd party Verizon store called Victra in the Delray Marketplace to setup our new A16…read moreiPad. I came in at the right time because there was absolutely no wait. Ryan was the representative who helped me and he was terrific. He devoted his time to make sure everything was in the cloud and then installed on the new iPad. I bought a couple of accessories from him such as the screen cover to protect the glass and also the Case. I was concerned about the price which was extremely high and compared on Amazon, which of course was cheaper, but it did come with a full guarantee for life and I know he would the screen cover on properly that I wouldn't make a mistake. When he went to charge me the price on the register,It was $100 less money and he also waived the $40 fee for his service because I was buying the Accessories from him. There was an issue with some of the emails not coming through. So I went home and the next day everything installed properly before returning the old iPad to Verizon through UPS I went back to Victra and Ryan helped me make sure that everything on the old iPad was wiped clean. While setting up my new phone, two employees, both young adult, were speaking a foreign language to each other, ignoring me, and acting as if they were doing their own thing rather than helping a customer. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the process. They were BOTH on Snapchat at one point while I waited for their service. Unacceptable. Because of their lack of communication, my phone was set up incorrectly and even shut off during this week. This was unacceptable and avoidable if they had shown basic courtesy and focus. The manager of this location needs to address this immediately. These employees clearly do not care about the customer experience or the way they represent AT&T as a company.

I should have brought the iPad here when there was just a slight amount of damage to the screen, because now it was beyond repair. The person was very honest in saying that he could replace the screen, but since the screen would be unable to lay flat onto the iPad it would just crack again. Ended up getting two back to back bills for 160.00 and have no idea how they generated hundreds of dollars of extra charges etc and now threatening with non payment for collections. I have had AT & T play billing games before and they are the king of tack on charges and smoke and mirror games. Hence the reason, so many customers go to online sources for mobile phones.
