Dishonest from the start. Told me the watch was free with purchase of phone and I would just need to add that line if I wanted to make calls from my new watch. Now I am being billed for the "free watch" and I am told they can't remove the service because " that was the deal for the free watch" which I remind you they are also charging me for. When I go to the store they say they can't correct a billing error. When I call AT&T they say the store has to fix it because it's a STORE promotion. Hmmm... I was making an iPhone switch and had such a frustrating experience with Apple. I went to the AT&T store. Carlos was amazing. He was knowledgeable calm Patient gave us all the time we needed. One AT&T store was dishonest regarding device sales and in doing so added an upgrade fee I wanted removed. So I visited this store and again was lied to by a wormy middle aged white guy. All I wanted was the fee removed from my bill. Worm stated he was unable to do so and that I needed to return to the original store. No problem. Went the next day. They removed it and was advised by both that manager and the AT&T representative on the phone that Worm could have done the same thing. These two stores are why I've left AT&T after 17 years. I would find another location. I went in to upgrade my phone and it turned into a nightmare. The staff was rude, unhelpful and had a general sense of we just don't care. I just gave up and did the upgrade online in 10 minutes as opposed to dealing with the rude staff. If you go, I hope you have a better experience than I did. read more

3 stars because Blake was extremely helpful in setting up my brand new phone and helping me find the accessories I needed. Also worked very fast and had me in and out very quickly. Could have easily been a five star review but minus two stars because half way through my time being there the manager texted Blake to tell me to put a mask on AFTER I WAS SITTING THERE FOR TEN MINUTES. If you're going to enforce a mask policy how about starting when I walk in the door so I can know from the start to take my business else where. read more

Worst staff imaginable! Walked in here, waited for about 5 to 10 minutes didn't really think anything of it, another worker was helping someone, walked around and looked at the phones/cases because I am due for an upgrade. So I walked in and anotherlady says "hi how are you how can I help you?" So I said hi, I wanted to see how much it would be for an upgrade and I told her I'm due for an upgrade and then she asked me my name and number and then she asked me if I am authorized on the account.... I said yes? Then the phone rings and then she starts talking to somebody about some thing and then hangs up about 10 seconds later then get another phone call starts talking to somebody for about two minutes and this is all happening while standing there she is supposed to be helping me and she just disregarded that so I just walked out. Definitely won't be back!!! I thought this place actually CARED about their customers!! I was dead WRONG! read more
