Next morning I went to the Verizon store on Cape Coral Pkwy and Morgan greeted me and assured me I would be back in business in no time. She was fantastic in getting an S25 phone , which was quite similar to my S22. Within a short time I was back in action with my new S25. It is not always easy getting a new phone because we are all used to our current one. Morgan showed me the ways and abouts of this new model and I greatly appreciated it. Like the days-of-old, the staff was super engaging and helpful (even though I was just browsing). This is a smaller store than what I remember. But, it is extremely helpful to touch and feel products, before buying. Also store staff, sometimes will have first-hand knowledge of your situation or products. Six months ago, we stop by the Consumer Cellular store at Gulf Coast Town Center to inquire about their plans and availability of iPhone 16. At the time of switching, Apple announced their 16 iPhones. We did not wait to upgrade to iPhone 16. We switched and used our old iPhones without any issue. With AARP membership and auto payment, we reduced our expense by nearly 50% per month! The store is huge, clean and organized with many sample phones, device accessories on display. We waited for six months and finally upgraded our devices to iPhone 16 with IOS 18.3 this week! Within one hour, we completed our upgrades flawlessly! The staff at the Gulf Coast Town Center location is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. David is a seasoned technical professional with excellent people skill! Ronald and a female staff (I did not recall her name) always work with a smile! Highly recommend this store if you are interested in reducing your mobile phone expense!
