Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received since having a cell phone. After several hours and speaking to 7 different Monkeys Doing a Math Problem on the AT&T 611 number, I was ready to break up with them! I decided to go into the store and give it one last shot to get what I needed taken care of - and I am so glad I went to this store. Bernardo was extremely helpful in getting what we needed taken care of. We had a lot that needed addressed, combining accounts (internet, cell and TV), new cell phone device, add a line, and change of a phone number and he knocked it out of the park! We have an infant and were on a time crunch - he had us in and out of there with everything fixed and completed within 30 minutes. The manager was also helpful and interacted with our little one - which any parent appreciates. This team clearly goes the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing to get their AT&T issues addressed and I will return to this store. read more

I've been dealing with this specific location for months. Two specific people. Every time we come in, we are told something different OR they neglect to tell us other important details like timelines which determines a huge phone payoff expected. Yet can't provide the previous documented details of the timeline to me. Will be leaving this company with everything we have bundled. AT&T does not care nor does their staff. This has to do with a sales rep who came to my home when i had Fiber optics installed. The rep offered to combine my phone service. Though he offered a nice deal. He had trouble since i had an old at&t email account he told me he fixed it but failed to say he deleted my account now no one at at&t can seem to help me restore the account. He told me he was brining me the color i requested but brought another color and said just use this for a few day. This has been 1wk and a very bad experience. I came into the store for help because I was getting target by a scammer. I needed a new phone and was concerned about the access the scammer seemed to have with my account. Chris J and Ava took care of everything to help me resolve the issue. They contacted ATT corporate with me and helped to make sure that my account was secure and gave me peace of mind. I have been to other locations in the past when I was out of the area and have never received the kind of service I always get at this store, which is why I have been a Coustomer for 25 years. The store told me $1000 for my phone and got $700 despite it being perfect condition a month later. The store "mis-quoted" me. The process the day of was sketchy, should have known something was off. Manager didn't want to touch the issue and 611 said I had to take it up with the store. Now the store will reply with their automated apology and I will never reach a resolution. Poor customer service, sketchy sales person, and now I'm locked in for 3 years or I have to pay $1,200 to get rid of this phone. read more

My name is Mike. Let me start by telling you I was with Sprint for 28 years to show how loyal I am. T-mobile bought out Sprint and I did not like their customer service so I went over to ATT for their mobile (I was already and customer of ATT for cable, internet and home phone). When I went to ATT mobile, the store promised me $250.00 per line moved over and I would receive it in a credit within 30-45 days. I was also told that they would match my monthly payments from T-Mobile. Now for the complaint against the terrible service that I received the last 3 days from ATT. I was on the phone over 6 hours in the last 3 days and spoke with over 12 reps. including 2 supervisors. After all that, they told me I did not qualify for the $250.00 per line credit because I went into their store to purchase instead of doing on line. The rep. in the store promised me this credit. How would I have even known about it if not for the rep. telling me. The supervisor of the rewards department told me she still could not give me my credit because it was over 4 months ago and "THE COMPUTER WOULD NOT ALLOW IT" nothing like blaming something immobile. They did not match my payment either and I am paying $30.00 per month more in my bill than they quoted to me. I have only given a bad review one other time and I am 63 years old. This will tell you how upset I am with ATT customer service. Their company is way to big and no one seems to be able to help. I am leaving ATT and will never use them again. I will make sure that everyone I know gets a copy of this complaint including the Attorney General of Texas. read more

I "upgraded" my internet and ever since the technician came to my house I've had issues with the internet. I called AT&T several times, walked through the troubleshooting process and still had issues. They finally sent a technician who momentarily improved the internet but it went back to having the same issues as before. I decided to visit this location to see if someone could help me, face-to-face with getting a technician scheduled without making me do the 30 min troubleshooting process. The representative I spoke to told me they only do new services and I needed to call the 800 number. When I asked if he could assist me with canceling he told me again that I should just call the number. The phone line takes several minutes to talk to who you actually need and then when I got someone and discussed my whole problem and they put me on hold, someone different picked up and had no idea why I was calling. It is Monday and they said the earliest they can send someone is Friday. Well I work from home ON THE INTERNET so I guess I'll just not make any money between now and then?? If you are thinking of switching to AT&T do not do it. They are awful. I'm looking forward to canceling my phone, tv AND internet from them as soon as possible. read more

Huge shout out to Byron for being super friendly, personable, and incredibly helpful. I have always hated having to get a new phone and whatnot, but he was so patient with any questions I had, and answered everything, and was very professional. Not pushy like most people who just want to make a sale which I really liked. He was happy to help with anything. The store was convenient to get to, clean and a little larger than most meaning you aren't cramped with a bunch of people super close and whatnot. Over all a good experience. I took away one star because it wasn't necessarily a 5 star visit, but Byron is def a 5 star employee! I will return when I need a need a phone or phone accessory. read more

This is a good store to go to whether you're going for something specific, or need some help figuring it out. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, though it may take a minute for someone to see you. Most of the time I come here they're pretty busy, but I guess that's a good thing, right? Amazing how you can go into one AT&T store and receive absolutely horrendous service and an hour later walk into a totally different store and receive the absolute most amazing service! Simply a reflection of the managers philosophies and principles on his or her staff. Congratulations to Tony the manager at the AT&T 6600 North Freeway he is an excellent manager and it shows in his employees! We were absolutely blown away at the incredible customer service we received today from Stephanie Bottomley!! Very rude customer service. Came in to add a new line onto a old account that was grandfathered in. Was given the okay per loyalty team they said it's all in our accounts notes just go in and get your phone. Went in and the first sales person wouldn't even look at the notes just kept saying no. Talked to the manager, came out from the back and was very very aggressive and just kept saying nope nope. No one was willing to help us. I wouldn't recommend coming here, you're better off just doing everything over the phone. If I could leave zero stars I would. read more

Very bad customer service I pulled up at 8pm thinking they closed at 9, I see the girl lock the door and she won't let me in. I drove a long way to trouble shoot my son's phone which is having software issues. I said please and the 4 or 5 workers could not care less! All of this at 8:00pm. Michael was great! Just needed to replace a basic phone right around closing time on Saturday. Michael was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Had been to two other ATT&T stores long before closing time and they didn't seem to want to help because it was a basic phone. On Tuesday, August 23rd, I bought the new Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, being sold on the fact that it was semi-water proof and somewhat shatter resistant. Today, Friday, August 26th, the screen shattered taking the phone out of the protective pocket of my purse. Never was it dropped or anything of that nature. I came into the store hoping to get it fixed or replaced and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Being a customer of 10 years, and having just purchased a $750 phone, I expected far more support than what was received. I got a hand shake and the most meaningless 'sorry' I have ever heard. I will be cancelling my service with AT&T and will never recommend their services to anybody. Worst customer service I have experienced. Totally disappointed in both Samsung and AT&T. read more

So disappointed in how I was treated here! Probably the worst customer service I have had in a while. I came in around 615pm (they didn't close until 8p that night) and the girl at the front immediately appeared annoyed as I was explaining the problems I had been having with my phone. She asked me how long I had had my phone and when I answered she said "well its past the year mark for warranty" then I told her I had insurance, and about this time another employee came walking over to us. As he was looking down at his own phone, he begins to tell me, with an attitude- that it would be 112 to file an insurance claim. They never once asked for my phone number, looked up my account or try to troubleshoot my phone. They obviously did not want to help me or even act like they were helping me. I even asked "so you are not even going to ask for my phone number or attempt to look at my account?" and the girl stated that they do not do that there...... I will not be back, and I will even consider terminating my service, after being with AT&T for over ten years. read more
