The staff were extremely unhelpful. Finally a customer mentioned making an appointment and that really has helped her. Your staff couldn't think of this? I finally left the modem at the store with my name and account information hoping someone will type it into your computer. Your staff wouldn't even give me a sticky note to write my info. Did they forget I am a customer?Here's an idea. Take a tip from Amazon. When returning equipment, I should be able to go online, find the equipment I am returning, print out a QR code, put it on the equipment and drop it off an my nearest store (which is again 30 minutes away). That would be customer service!
