There was another customer in the store that the employee was helping who just happened to be in the section where there were earphones I wanted to buy. I excused myself & told the employee that I wanted some ear phones that were in the same section if he didn't mind grabbing them while he was unlocking that section which he had no problems doing. I got rung up right away for Apple EarPods for $39.99 plus 7% sales tax. Total: $42.79. Masey was the employee I dealt wuth. He was very nice, knowledgeable & professional. Friendly guy as we chit chatted during my transaction. This store has lots of stuff to choose from. See my photos.

The guy said i can give you the latest Samsung for $600us plus the cover $40.. she believes it and buy the phone .. when she arrives home she show me a Samsung A13 ! The real cost for that crap cost $189 plus when i see her old phone i just plugged and it was perfect .. the old phone just need to be charged the battery.. they lie from the beginning to sell a crappie phone 3 times the price!! And her phone is a lot better and in perfect condition! She didn't need to buy anything ! We are going tomorrow to get the refund or im willing to spend the money and time required till i recuperate every back!!! So, I traveled to the AT&T retail store on Sheridan... and ROBERT the AT&T customer service retail agent helped me. He greeted me promptly. He was not only THOROUGH but he also provided GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and most importantly, he was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! I'll definitely be returning BACK to this location for all service inquiries. From the start he had an attitude, everything I explained was an issue for him . The other store where I did the trade process before offer an amount for the phone but in front of Tito that amount was too high and he needed to re-do the trade process again . To keep things short my experience with him was very unpleasant and uncomfortable.
