We were T-Mobile customers years ago and then switched to AT&T because of a promotion. T-Mobile was better quality so we were anticipating when our phones would be paid off. I went into T-Mobile by myself, just to inquire about prices, plans, and how to switch over. It is so unfortunate that most people who work in sales do not explain information clearly, lie, or omit information. I am a very stern customer because I have been through enough experiences to confirm all information provided. The first couple of times I visited here was for T-Mobile Tuesdays to pick up free items. Both times they claimed to not have any left but I went later in the afternoon and the store was completely empty. I assume either T-Mobile only sends like 10 items or the employees stole them all. But who knows. I stopped attempting after that. Again when I visited, it was later in the afternoon and the store was empty. I inquired about everything I needed to know and the staff were very helpful and provided the information I was seeking. That was a good start for me. Unfortunately, the only option I had was to pay off my phone to switch over, if I wanted to keep the older phone. I was really liking the newest model and decided to talk my husband into also getting a new phone. They had the BOGO deal but of course it is not as cut and dry as a supermarket BOGO deal lol. It still does not make sense to me but they provide credits or whatever each month. We looked at our options and decided to go for it. We still had some questions regarding pricing. We are from the era without all this technology so the amount of money these businesses want for products, is ridiculous and not necessary to us. I made the decision and off we went on a Friday night. The place was packed! There were only 3 or 4 employees working but they were all busy. The guy who was helping us, was also helping 2 other customers at the same time. It sucked because we were there for almost 2 hours but these phones take way longer to update and transfer than in the past. Plus, we picked out cases and our guy talked us into glass protectors for our screens. Even though screen was cracked on my husband's older phone, he was still able to trade it in. I traded mine in as well. We wanted to save as much money as possible. We were fortunate that everything worked out without any obstacles and did not need to return to the store.

I did go in on a Saturday and of course they were busy. That is OK. I just walked around to just browse even the Iphones. I had the pleasure of working with Chris. He is so nice and calm. I appreciate his attention to detail. He even told me to come back and being in my trade in when I am ready so I wouldn't have any issues with short codes being sent while I transfer things. It was a good idea. I love this store. It is an experience store so it is larger, newer and more modern compared to their traditional stores. I like T-Mobile overall. They tend to have great employees. This is worth a whole lot.

One of the employees signed me in and I didn't wait more than 5 minutes before I was helped. Diego made sure I knew how to transfer my phone's information, gave me my phone and I was on my way. They have all the usual accessories you might need for your phone although the prices do run on the high side. For those of you that already have T-Mobile, there's a T-Mobile app called T Life and on Tuesdays they have T-Mobile Tuesday and they offer lots of free perks and free items so I definitely recommend signing up for it.

Davie AT&T on University Drive in Davie Florida is the ABSOLUTE ONLY AT&T store to go too. After…read morenumerous stores, and problems, I was gonna cancel AT&T and go back to old service. Until I went to this location and have met the customer service agent ALEXIE he has done everything for me. He fixed my prior problems he added now another line for me, he even walked me through setting up each new phone. I have 7! HE IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME, after multiple stores pretended to do anything (when in fact they made it worse) ALEXEI WAS THE ONLY ONE to fix and help me. I truly don't see why he isn't like the broward manger or whatever they call it for multiple stores bc he 100% should be. And I truly truly hope ATT REALIZES WHAT AN ASSET HE IS TO THEIR COMPANY! The staff was very knowledgeable, kind and patient not just pushing the phone and plan sales but actually listening to our needs and catered to our concerns. They offered several solutions and options and went online for several needs. They had called customer service and called up colleagues for additional information. Both Hector and Sebastian are such professional gentlemen. I was impressed with the way Sebastian handled several customers at the same time, giving time and attention to each customers needs without having any one waiting for too long. Not your typical business pushing cell phone service dealership, they even offered a discount without prompting. They are genuine service providers and served with a smile, would definitely recommend if metro pcs or a quick phone fix is what you are looking for.
