I mean that's his job, to sell us products. But he was great at explaining things. He was professional, courteous, and accommodating to our requests. I notice that the bad reviews are from a long time ago. Perhaps this store has turned things around. They appeared to have three or four staff working. Nobody said anything when I walked in. They told people that came in after me to sign in. I'm not sure how long all the waits were, and the check in kiosk wasn't helpful at letting you know. Surprise, they have a check in after you enter that just says Hello on the front. Apparently you can get Cox Mobile as low as $30 per line for up to five lines. The black Friday steal allows you to get an iPhone 17 Pro on them with eligible trade in, must be why the sales person kept trying to get me to get one. I wasn't impressed with the assistance online, so I wasn't expecting much from the store. After my name was called the person tried to sell me a phone. I know it would lower my price, but I don't need an additional phone, even a burner though I'm sure some people could use that. They've got music playing pretty loud, so I couldn't hear the associate too well. Once my name was called, about twenty minutes later, I spent about five minutes with the associate. I need to return my old modem within 10 days, but he told me I could just pay for it. I'm sure my many years of renting it paid for a couple of them.
