I would highly recommend the guys at the Oneida St location to anyone! :) I went to replace a phone that was water damaged, and even though they couldn't completely resolve the issue with the old phone, they gave me enough options to try myself that I was able resolve the issue on my own fairly quickly. They are not only helpful and knowledgeable, but we had some of our children with us and they showed interest in them, rather than being annoyed or inconvenienced. Went in to see my options for a new phone. I go in and I get no response so I just start looking. Then some guy comes up and asks why I'm here. We get to the table and he clearly doesn't know what he's doing. Made me go into my phone and look up how to even find my iPhone. He didn't even know how to do the most basic things and even had to google how to. As I'm sitting down everyone else that came in after me was greeted and was given customer service. The associate then was constantly yawning and I felt wasn't able to take care of my request so I left. BUYER BEWARE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT&T. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY ABOUT SALES. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR DEALS. THEY WILL BREACH THE CONTRACT. THEY USE UNETHICAL TACTICS TO MAKE A SALE. In June 2024, I had two AT&T employees, Jordan McKenzie and Craton Berryman, come to my house after having my Internet set up. They offered a deal for a phone plan: if I switched and traded in my husband and I's old phones and upgraded, our bill would be around $160 a month. We were told we would receive a package in the mail to turn in our old phones, and the new phones would arrive in the mail as well. And that the first month would be "just a little bit more" for install and service fees. The account was supposed to be under my name. The first month's bill was almost $500. When I called to inquire, it turns out Jordan and Craton put the account under my husband, so no one would talk to me until I was an authorized user. We could not add me as one either until the first bill was paid. After paying it, our second bill was still over $200. I tried messaging Craton, and he did not respond. A month later after no response, I went into the store near me, where I spoke with Kenny Spears (manager of AT&T store off Oneida Street), who confirmed my bill was supposed to be $160, and that we were supposed to trade our phones in for the discount. And that the store does not do the trade in, I should have received a package to do this. We did not. Nor were we told we had so many days to do a trade in. He then referred me back to Jordan to ask for an extension to get our phones traded in and fulfill our deal. IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS (November 2024) AND IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. We have attempted to resolve this issue with both Kenny and Jordan, even asking to speak with upper management, and they have been unresponsive and unhelpful. Kenny kept referring me back to Jordan. Jordan would text he would call the next day. Then he would not. He called once during a work day after about two weeks of back and forth that I missed. I texted him back and told him when I'd be available. AFTER ALMOST A MONTH of empty promises via text and asking Kenny to inquire about it, Jordan finally called a second time. He did not even know what the issue was, and did not even remember being the one who set up our phone plan in the first place. He assured me he would call me the next day. That was October 28th. TODAY IS NOVEMBER 11th. I have tried texting and calling and no response, once again. They do not care that they essentially screwed us over, and have financially strapped us. We cannot afford over $200 every month, but all they care about is that they made a sale. I will continue to post this review everyday for every store in my area until some one who might actually care finally fixes our issues. What upsets me most is while I'm willing to go through the hoops to get what we were promised, I wonder about our community that doesn't have the means or werewithral to fix it. I find that unethical and manipulative. How many people have they done this to? How would you feel if this was your loved one going through this, like grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles, etc.? Worst customer service ever. Have to call every month to have next up $5 phone per month charge removed. Never wanted it but they add it monthly anyway. At time of contract, trade in promo was 700 per phone (down from 800 the week before), but I did it anyway. Said I had 30 days to turn in old phone since the new phone wasn't available yet. Got 2nd bill and only was given 350 per phone ( split in 36 installments), which was what it was when turned phone in. Took about 6 hours, several calls and trips to store and they credited the account, saying it would be fixed. Next month, overcharged AGAIN, spent hours and finally got it resolved. Now just spent 3 hours on the phone, and they still don't have it right (chg 5 per line and only give half trade in credit). Shouldnt be this hard to get what wS promised. There were about 1,100 contacts, but a lot were duplicates. Megan patiently helped me work through the process, gave me lots of good tips, and I left the store de-frazzled and happy . read more

AT&T has been awesome for my family. This is the only carrier that works up north and has service that is useable. The team is excellent and porting numbers is easy with AT&T. Gilbert is a great representative. The store has a nice home feeling to it with the carpet and modern style tables and chairs. This AT&T is well organized and has your accessories you need in stock as well as the phones you want. I have never had an issue getting the phone I want in the color I want. Store representatives are very knowledgeable and know both the service and products they offer as well as what is coming. I highly recommend this AT&T and being a corporate store they are able to take care of all your needs. read more

I tried to setup an ATT Business Plan today and it was an absolutely horrible experience. Went through the entire process of ordering the phones, porting numbers, for 6 lines and 6 phones. Took from 2:30pm to 5:05pm. Then, the credit department denies my company because the Wisconsin DFI website is down and they can't confirm our company account. Even though I answered all questions, she denied me and I was not given the opportunity to rectify any information she felt inaccurate. Cut me off and simply told me to put my store rep back on and denied everything. They canceled my account, all my orders, EVERYTHING! Never had an issue ever with setting up a business account. We have had 3 different addresses and a PO Box given our company expansion. Guessing I gave a wrong address compared to our W-9 and I was shut down! 2.5 hours later! It gets worse, now I have numbers ported over and employees without a phone that works. And no phone to give the. I was told I have to go back to my current carrier (Cellcom) and have them port my numbers back. So another 2 hours waiting in line going back and forth at the Cellcom store about the situation. One phone still isn't working. I have to have that employee go to Cellcom tomorrow for a new SIM to get his phone working again! Cellcom tells me, my plan may now be goofed up and I may not have my same rates anymore. I have pending charges on my credit card from AT&T for 3 of the phones that were in stock (iPhone 11). Why wasn't the Business Credit all done FIRST before going through this process and wasting so much Time?! I gave EIN / TIN right away and there were no issues.
