I'm not sure why there are so many bad re owes but that is not my business. All I know is I went in last night for some car remote terries and only took about three minutes. That works for me. There were two men there and they helped me out quickly by knowing exactly where the batteries were. Both of them were pleasant and professional. I will stop in again when I need to do so. read more

Do not get your battery replaced here!!! I got an iPhone battery replacement here and my phone stopped working after about 3 months. I brought it in to be serviced by Best Buy (certified by apple for their product services) and they needed to put another new battery into my phone because of the cheap and low quality ones they use here. I was also told by the certified technician at Best Buy that the mechanic here has stripped all of the screws in my phone and that they needed to replace all the hardware inside my phone. Only company's certified by apple are allowed the usage of apples very specific tools needed to service their products so please just go to Best Buy or another certified company (you can search all certified company's on the apple website) instead of going here to get your battery serviced. read more

Although they had what I needed, I will not go back. Members of the staff are not only rude to each other, but to their customers. One gentleman in particular was very condescending to another customer and also took a flashlight out of my son's hand, turned it off, put it back on the shelf and walked back behind the counter without saying anything to either one of us. Not a great experience. I've been here twice for iPhone screen repairs (keep dropping my phone). The first time, there were difficulties with the repair. I had to go back. The second time, the repair was not done correctly... twice. I had to go back twice to fix the repair mistakes. Each time I've been there, the wait is pretty long, and they're not exactly customer friendly - although some employees are nice, I've met a few who are very unprofessional. What??? Didn't know you could buy a one time / life-time battery for a watch!!! That's great! I got it on 2 of my favorite watches. Unfortunately- one of my watches died the very next day! Curtis and the staff checked the battery and when they realized the watch quit working overnight they offered great solutions to make sure I was a satisfied customer! I recommend!!!! Make sure a phone repair person will actually be there before you make an appointment. I made an appointment and when I got there the man was rude, and told me the phone repair guy wouldn't be there for another hour and a half and it would take two hours to fix a shattered screen. read more

We brought a battery that was purchased on-line and needed acid added to it. Curtis was very helpful to us and said that he would be happy to add the acid. He told us that if we left the battery and came back in an hour it would be ready. We came back and the battery was ready to go. We had another question about some lightbulbs that he answered for us. Made an online appointment for a battery replacement choose the available time slot of 9:30am. With in ten minutes received a voicemail that the tech was not in until 10 am but I could drop off my laptop at the appointed time and come back later in the day. I made the appointment because it was required and that was the time I was available to be there for the install. To help with the situation I proceeded to remove the battery myself and took it to the store to exchange for the new one. That is where the wheels came off the bus, so to speak. The gentlemen behind the counter thought it was best to prove he was right by not selling me a battery. Quote "we don't just sell batteries", ...it is the name of the store. The battery I need is not for resale and is by appointment only for install. Two points to clarify, they where unable to keep up with their online scheduling and they are not HIPAA certified for data protection, so I am unable to leave the premises while it is being worked on. The gentlemen was unwilling or unable to offer a solution. Not even an apology for the inconvenience or an offer to reschedule when the tech can install while I am at the store. It is truly disappointing to see customer service is a thing of the past. It is sad because I will never shop at Batteries Plus Bulbs again. read more
