I have had two experience with this organization over the last couple of months. Both involved trading in older phone and getting a good deal on the new Apple phones. This store is so much more than just a retail support. What jumped out at me was the friendly staff. I saw other senior folks come in needed help and getting kind patience customer support to understand the proble there we having.The technically experienced staff helped them navigate any difficulties they were having with no up sell at all. Thanks to Marcus and Sandy in particular, they were pleasent and professional and made a positive impact on me. I will return for sure when the need arises. My elderly mother and I went to the Green Valley AT&T store Diego was our customer service rep. We went in the store to check on my mom's cell phone plan. Diego was nice but very persistent on selling us a Directv plan. He said it would be a 14 day trial, it took one night and my morher didn't like Directv. The next day we went back to the store to return it my mother also checked her bank account and the monthly Directv fee had already been taken out of her account. What happened to the 14 day trial? My mother ended up having to call Dirctv directly to get her money back. Also Directv told her AT&T never notified them that she had canceled. I just want to warn seniors especially in Green Valley about my experience at the AT&T store. read more

Very unprofessional, unknowledgeable staff. They all need to get on the same page.. From being at other ATT stores I know they can be great at their job but everybody from this store is just rude, they don't make any type of conversation with you, very unsympathetic. Very disappointed! read more

Complete idiots!!!!!!!! Took over 2 hours to do a simple switch! Fouled up EVERYTHING! Entered wrong email and home address after NUMEROUS times correcting them. Signed me up for WRONG service. Failed to offer any information saying it would come in email which they entered wrong after me spelling it out 10 times! Promised a promotion that now I can't confirm and even if I could they entered my wrong address to send it to!!!!!!!!!! Took me an hour on the phone to straighten it out! Go ANYWHERE else! This store is great! I would highly recommend them. Not only did I get a great deal on 2 new iPhone 11's, but I saved money on my monthly bill to boot. Plus, added a new phone line. Not sure why there were negative reviews before... must've been a change in leadership. I worked with the Store Manager, Jimmy and he was exceptional. Went into the store for help with e-mail on my phone. Instead all of my notes and passwords were deleted. Person who helped me was confident that this would not happen and yet it did. They should immediately refer you to Tech services rather than assume they know what the outcome will be with their assistance. Not a good result. read more

We were helped by Bryan Hansen with two upgrades. We wanted 2 iPhone XS Max. It was a rough transaction where it just seemed like he was trying to have us upgrade online or at the Apple store. He even asked "how attached are you to your phone number?" since he obviously wanted to get credit for a new line of service instead of an upgrade. He said he was just trying to help us when I told him that no one was changing their phone number. Finally after 45 minutes he brings out the phones. I specifically asked him is anything had changed on the plan and he stated "No". Never did he discussed mobile protection plan for the phones. If he would have explained it we might have thought about it. We just noticed that he added insurance on our plan without our knowledge. That's just disgusting sales practice. I would avoid this store and specifically Bryan to prevent having things added to your bill without your knowledge. read more

I received the WORST customer service support EVER by the manager! The "11" I bought from him continually locks up and I can't get my mail. His response was "it's not my job." WHAT?? WHAT!! I'm paying an arm and leg for this phone and it is not working!! By the way, I am 71 with MS and he still was a jerk to me. This was about 5 weeks ago and now have to drive to Tucson for help!! read more

Took an elderly disabled man living alone to this store to obtain a new flip cell phone to replace on old Verizon phone that would no longer be supported. After selecting a phone the clerk "hustled " him into dropping his COX coordinated plan that included TV, internet and land line phone to a new plan that would "save him lots of money". New plan included Direct TV and Century Link and no land line. The new ATT cell plan was included. After the Direct TV dish service guy installed the dish, receiver box, and remote controller my friend had no clue as to how to use the system and was terribly frustrated. He uses TV and phone as contacts to the world including his family. After experiencing frustration and after asking neighbors for help he asked to have this Direct TV system disconnected and taken away. Another friend helped him contact Direct TV and learned after many calls that it would cost him $460 to break the contract. After one month the cell phone stopped working because he had not renewed the monthly bill pay obligation and found that ATT had sent him a text message reminder. Since he does not recognize nor respond to text messages he did not receive the reminder and the month by month payment was not sent in. The Clerk at the ATT store had not set up the automatic bill pay system. Thus for a few days he had neither cell phone nor landline. Fortunately, he did not need to call for help! During the "HUSTLE" process the clerk had failed to cancel the COX contract and when the Cox equipment was reconnected the TV and landline phone worked again. After a friend took him to this store the automatic pay feature on the ATT cell phone was initiated. Direct TV wanted him to send their equipment back but for this elderly gentleman that was a very difficult problem and it required the help of a friend to accomplishI believe that the personnel in this store and perhaps in all ATT stores have forgotten what their customers needs may be and are only interested in earning a commission on new sales.
