Jesus checked out the phone and found that the screen was in perfect condition and it was only the screen protector that was damaged. He replaced the protector as quick as a bunny and we were on our way within ten minutes. Jesus was kind, knowledgeable and professional. They have three locations in Tucson so they are very conveniently located. I'm thankful we found them and know that we will take all of our techie stuff to them in the future.

I overheard her say to other employees, in front of us, "It's a waste of time, that's why I stopped trying." When we politely asked for her name, she responded with attitude, and as we were walking out, she added "with a K" in a condescending tone. The staff remained professional, but the manager's behavior was unhelpful and unprofessional. As a 15+ year Verizon customer, this experience was very disappointing. I truly feel bad for the employees who are running that store while she sits and watches. We have escalated this incident to corporate and hope they correct her behavior, but i definitely don't recommend going into the store if she's there in the meantime.

I returned to the store and the technician (I did not get his name) worked diligently to fix the issues and was successful. He ended up replacing the camera part (pictures were blurry after the battery replacement) without charge. Simutek wanted to charge me $150 to replace the battery and instead I paid $75 at GW. I was surprised when they said that they use Apple parts, but my phone detected non-Apple parts. It is working fine and it is an old phone - so I imagine I'll be replacing it once it completely konks out.

Gamer's Warehouse is the most unethical, dishonest, and abusive company I have ever been unfortunate enough to do business with...if that's what you call this. You charged me for a service you did not perform, removed my phone's battery without my knowledge or permission (theft by conversion) and you returned my phone in a completely inoperable condition. You didn't even have the decency to tell me you removed the battery--I only discovered that after taking the phone elsewhere and attempting to charge it. I couldn't even take it anywhere else at that point to have the service done (although IFIXIT at the Tucson Mall stated that could easily transfer the data using SmartSwitch if my phone's battery had not been removed) because you removed the battery. Your response attempts to shift blame instead of taking responsibility for your actions. The facts remain unchanged: I paid for a service that was not performed, my phone was returned completely inoperable, and I was never informed that you had removed internal components from my device. Consumers deserve honesty, transparency, and competent service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Gamer's Warehouse. A good friend of mine always de business here to get screen protectors for his phone. Since I had…read morean OtterBox case I never thought about getting a cover on my phone. But when the iPhone came out with the finge rprint ID I couldn't use the OtterBox anymore and had to get a screen cover; this is the first place that I thought of. Man, what a great investment. The store has moved since I first year do business with them. Presently it's across from Hot Topic in the Tucson mall. Several times when my phone dropped, that screen protector has saved my screen from chips, scratches, and cracks. Once you buy the screen cover, if there's any problems, they replace it for five dollars. Over the last few years, I've replaced the cover six times, which is totally worth it initial investment, compared to replacing the screen on my iPhone pro max. The staff are super cool. I've never had to wait very long to get the new screen protector replaced. So do yourself a favor, and get your screen cover before your keys scratch it. They also replace batteries and screens on iPads, in addition to full service phone repairs. I got my iPad screen replaced and that took an hour. They sale cords and cases too.
