The employees assisting us were polite and doing their best, but the store manager, Karla, was sitting on her phone and eating instead of helping. When her employee asked multiple times for pricing clarification, she was dismissive and unwilling to assist. I overheard her say to other employees, in front of us, "It's a waste of time, that's why I stopped trying." When we politely asked for her name, she responded with attitude, and as we were walking out, she added "with a K" in a condescending tone. The staff remained professional, but the manager's behavior was unhelpful and unprofessional. As a 15+ year Verizon customer, this experience was very disappointing. I truly feel bad for the employees who are running that store while she sits and watches. We have escalated this incident to corporate and hope they correct her behavior, but i definitely don't recommend going into the store if she's there in the meantime. read more

We purchased lifetime guaranteed glass protectors for our IPhones. When they cracked and went in for replacements, they did not honor the guarantee. We will never return. They are a bait and switch company. Do not trust them! Tried to discuss with the main office but no one would answer. They wanted an email, which they responded to with a boiler plate response. This is a terrible store to do business with. They are dishonest and deceptive. We purchased two new phones and accessories and updated plan to unlimited data because we were told our old 2 GB plan did not support our network extender which had quit working and that with new phones we would not need the extender. This was not the case. When we call 611 for assistance, we found out the store rep had added 2 additional lines to our plan, did not tell us about adding the lines, and did not give us the new numbers for the lines. We were told we would get discounts on the accessories, which was not the case. We did not know this until we got the emailed receipt with the breakdown of our purchases. The store did not provide us a paper receipt at the store. In reviewing my next estimated bill, I see that I will be charged for 2 device protection plans that were added to my account. Charges for these two plans are $19.00 per month each. We did not request this protection plan, but it was added without our knowledge. To fix our problems, the 611 tech referred us to a Verizon store in Tucson. That is when we found out the 2 extra lines were added to our account on our old phones. The rep there strongly advised us to never go back to the green valley store location as they have heard several concerns about that store. read more

I have now had a terrible experience with this store for the second time (the first was almost 3 years ago and very similar). I ordered a new phone online at 7am Friday. The email confirmation I received said it would be ready for pickup within a few hours. By Saturday morning, I still had not been notified my pickup order was ready. I went to the store at opening to inquire about my order. I was told my order is first in line and is "currently being processed." I asked if I could just have the order now and was told no, that I need to go home and wait for an email telling me the order is ready. I informed the employee that I had placed another order this morning at a different Verizon store and it was ready for pickup within an hour, so why is it not possible to receive THIS order after more than 24 hours. I have to agree with Dennis E comment from a few years prior. These guys are very misleading in the way they present deals. You get a deal on a new phone at (seemingly) very reduced cost and a Verizon plan on THEIR invoice at $0, while they say "we can get you 4 lines for about $40 per month each. Then later you get an email from Verizon that you are asked to approve which only shows an "estimated" plan cost, but you are pressured to approve it because you are getting a sweet deal on a new phone if you agree to 36 months service. These guys are very nice but it is a total scheme. You workers there should be ashamed. So I was expecting $150 montlhy for 4 lines more like twice that. This store doesn't know how to staff, and expect people to wait for hours. They go through your personal photos and apps, and only want to make a sale. Also they will walk away to the back room that's where they go through your stuff, my photos were looked at and they opened my Snapchat. They try to scam your out the door cost of the phone into some sort of bundle deal when in reality they're just making commission off the accessories they give you in this bundle you didn't want to begin with. Also fyi if you don't buy the bundle, they actually try as hard as possible to not sell you a phone. 300-400 out the door for an upgrade is crazy, but if you don't believe me, buy a phone online and see the cost difference for yourself. read more

I stopped in this store on 12-26-18, in order to upgrade one of our phones. It took 30-40 minutes of waiting before I was able to talk to one of the staff. The staff member told me they were out of stock on the phone, but that the manager was in Tucson and was picking up more phones to bring back. I was told the manager would look to see if the phone was in Tucson and would let the staff member know, who in turn would call me. I left the store and returned about 25 minutes later, as I was nearby and had not heard back from the store. After waiting again several minutes, I was told the manager had found a phone and would arrive in 45 minutes to one hour. I advised I would return and left the store. About 45 minutes later, I returned to the store, where I AGAIN waited 40 minutes. Finally contacted by another staff person, who advised the manager was not back yet, thus no phones. The staff have no way of keeping track of customers who come in and customers who came in after I did were waited on first. VERY VERY poor system there. It is a new store, but the service is poor. Not entertaining the idea of returning again and will shop elsewhere, even though it's a long drive. Don't want to wait again for nothing. I spent HOURS of time there, for nothing. read more

My family and I stopped by this past Sunday afternoon (3/8/20) around 4:30pm. A very pleasant young lady named Ashley was holding down the fort all alone. We were greated with a friendly hello and how could she help us. We were there to get 2 phones. I explained to Ashley exactly how I used my phone and my son did the same. Ashley brought us over to the phones we would like respectively. Perfect match for each of us. She knew her job proficiently and unlike most salespeople in the industry didn't talk over our heads. I have been with Verizon for a few years now, no complaints. I wanted my Husband to join me, he is currently with ATT. I walked into the store today, Nogales hwy, Sahuarita, 11/29 around 2:45P and there was one male agent with one Customer. The Agent never acknowledged me, a simple 'Hello,' would have went a long way. I stood there for 6 min's and finally I said, 'excuse me, are you the only one working?' I am rite now was his answer, never telling me when someone else would be available. I walked out, Wow, zero Customer Service from this young man! Maybe he would be better off doing data in a back office where he would not have to use his voice:( I'm embarrassed to be with Verizon rite now. This store is ridiculous. I paid for the Go advantage plan and they never have the tempered glass when I need it. Then they change things on their plans without letting the customers know. Maybe if they weren't too busy being on their own phones they would let people know in advance when they are changing things up. Maybe they would have enough stock. I posted a angry review way back. Lately My experience with this store has been really good. Sam and Bri are amazing. They know their stuff and will do what they can to save you. He was so rude I left the store and completed the original offer with Verizon over the phone. I learned that there are Verizon Authorized Reseller stores that have different prices/offers and are not official Verizon corporate stores. It seems they are just trying to make extra money off of unsuspecting people who think they are going to a real Verizon store. Eli is a great salesman and the perfect person to speak with if you are looking for something specific... or you are just not sure what you want. Eli did not try to push products on us that we did not want. He did ask us if we were intrested in several products. Some of them we bought, and some of them we told him we were uninterested in and he did not push the issue. Eli helped my husband & I switch carriers, keep our phone numbers, get us some rebates, and hook us up with some reliable phones that have everything we need. He was polite, humorous, kind, and respectful. The wait times to speak with someone is the only downfall. If I had to go in there to pay a bill and the wait time was 20+ minutes I would get frustrated. Other than that, I would recommend this store. Not a store that does repairs FYI. read more

I came in this store to upgrade a line on my business account. All was going well, until I tried to charge it to my account. Apparently this is not a thing at this store. Well I don't carry $400 so I declined and left the store. This was Thursday. I headed back to the office, and got onto Live Chat to try to upgrade that way. Beware! This business is not the Verizon Company but is a private contractor. I recently purchased new phones and was very mislead by their customer service and intentional misleading sales approach. Please, do not do business here and go to a real Verizon Company store. This business does not care if you wait hours to talk to a sales representative and expect a long wait at any hour. I tried to purchase a two for one deal that was advertised by the Verizon Company. They did not give me that deal and mislead me into believing that was what I was getting. They are very careful to not sign a contract, clearly spelling out the terms of the agreement and just cut their own verbal deals. None of this is reported to Verizon company, so if you have problems with the "deal", Verizon is not going to know anything about it. The whole scheme is come very close to fraud and they take advantage of older people who are not aware of how they are getting schemed. When you do business here they make sure there is no solid paper trail so any complaints are simply "he said, she said" and can't be proved. Also, take note that all their accessories are overpriced. Walmart and Amazon have as good or better products at a much lower price. read more

Went in to buy new phone. Crystal was our sales associate. I had lots of questions that she answered all with a smile on her face. She even drove up to Tucson to get a phone that they did not have in stock for us. She was able to transfer all data from our old phones onto new ones. Ended up also buying a newer iPad since the price was so reasonable. Transferred all data to newer iPad too. She was also able to save me money on my monthly bill. My family came in to Verizon to switch over from sprint, it was an added difficulty that one member of my family was in another part of Arizona and we had to coordinate between the two stores to complete our transition as well as buy our new phones. Ashley was EXTREMELY HELPFUL she completed our task with ease and even got us discounts and money off one of our phones for trading in our old ones. Since my family's phones hadn't been backed up in a while it took much longer than expected, which we felt horrible that Ashley had to stay 2 and half hours past closing to finish our switch but she was NEVER impolite or pushy. She stayed until the job was done and done right. She made sure all of our information was backed up so we lost nothing in the transition. She was kind to all of us, even my little sisters who can be a bit impatient and ask MANY questions. Coming from a job in retail Ashley has some of the best customer service I have come across in Tucson, she had amazing communication skills and small talked with us the entire time which left no room for unanswered questions. We even offered to get her something for dinner because we kept her so long, she politely declined and said there was no need but she was so amazing we intend to get her some type of gift card to thank her for her time. Verizon, Ashley is a wonderful employee and completed our task flawlessly. Thank you Ashley you were magnificent. The phone call I received asking to give a review mentioned that these reviews are looked at when considering employees for higher positions. I went into the GoWireless store in the Green Valley/ Sahuarita location on November 27th, 2015 which would be on Black Friday. I spoke to a representative, named David B., and I told him I was looking for an iPhone 6S Plus 64GB on contract and what the price was. He told me it was $200 which comes with accessories but they did not have the phone in stock and they should be arriving on Monday. Which I asked if I would still get the discount and he said yes. I happened to be at Costco the next day (Saturday) and they had their own Black Friday deals so I called David to confirm of the Black Friday deal and he assured me that the price he told me was correct for the phone I was looking at on a two-year contract. So Monday comes along and I went in and he said they haven't arrived because they are on back order from Black Friday, which is understandable. I waited a couple more days or so and called they said that they haven't come in yet. So I waited a couple more days and went into the store and again told me they hadn't arrived yet. Then a couple days later I went into the store again and someone said that David did not officially order it and that they would order it for me so that way it arrives for sure in a timely manner. Once the phone was in stock I went in and did the transaction with David. Which like he said it was $200 with a case, screen protector and a car charger. He even told me that Verizon completely got rid of all activation fees unless you were a new customer. I asked again about a contract and if my bill would remain the same and he assured me that it would. So we finished the transaction and I got my new phone at a great price and all was well. I got a call a few days later from David saying there was a mistake and that he had received an email from "Verizon" and they said the price he gave me for the phone would not apply to a two-year contract and that I could stay as is and my bill would only go up $10 a month or I could return the phone and repurchase it for $300. I wasn't happy about this, so I thought about it and I came to the conclusion I would rather do the contract. I went in to complete the transaction and pay $100 more than was originally quoted. Once I was there I was then informed that I would need to return the accessories, which again I wasn't happy about. Again David had mentioned that if I stay as is I'll just pay $10 more on my monthly bill. I still wanted to do the two-year contract. The next day I came back with my accessories to finally finish this ordeal and once I was there and ready to return them and repay the $100 extra than was originally quoted. I was then told that it would be $400 not $300 and there would be a $40 activation fee, which as mentioned earlier David said that Verizon got rid of those except for NEW customers. At this point I was extremely furious and wanted to return the entire phone and accessories and be done with all these lies. The only reason I didn't return it on the spot was because I needed to do a backup of the phone first. I decided to call the actual Verizon billing department to get more of an understand of the lies I was told by David. I found out that my bill would not increase by $10 like he had told me over and over if I kept the phone but that it would increase by about $26. So there is another lie by David. I decided to ask the rep if I had purchased the phone at Verizon's website or on the phone with the device payment plan, like David had put me on, what would the price be. The rep said the only payment upfront that is required is taxes on the phone. In my area the taxes would come out to $78. I asked about the $200 I paid to GoWireless and the rep asked if I got accessories. I let them know I got 3 things. They said that's what the charge was for. So if we do the math in round numbers the $200 I paid breaks down like this: $78 for taxes and $122 for a case, screen protector and a car charger. All which I can get online for about $30 total. I understand a markup but this is just a plain rip off. Extremely fed up I called back GoWireless' location and spoke to Wesley H. which is the manager of the store. He listened to my story but all he really had to say was sorry maybe there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication. I was able to get Wesley to waive the restocking fee which he obliged. Obviously this goes beyond a miscommunication and comes down to 1 of 2 things. Either David B. did not do his job by learning absolutely anything with the Black Friday special or any of the other prices he quoted me on several different days and several different occasions, or he just flat out lied to make the sale. This is only my opinion but I feel like he lied to make the sale and really wanted me to keep the phone for only "$10 more" and by the time I saw the first bill and realized it was $26 more than it was too late to return the phone and he would be washed clean of anything. im out of room to type. too many lies... read more

Another great experience at this location. Dave was very helpful and wonderful to work with! I was not expecting to walk out with a new phone, but the deal they offered could not be beat. Was told when buying a tablet that I would not be under a contract, which was very important to me. A week later, at a different Verizon store in Tucson, I discovered that I was under a two year contract. They told me I had 14 days to return it if I wasn't happy to be under contract. I went back to the store I purchased it from that day and not only did I not get my money back, they charged me an additional $15 for a restocking fee. The man also as much as called me a liar when I informed him that I was told that I would not be under contract! I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years but will be now be going with another service when I return to Michigan in two weeks. Buyer beware if you buy anything from this location! read more

I want to educate all Verizon users this store is a Verizon "indirect" store (this particular one is named Go Wireless). I was informed by a legitimate Verizon representative, indirect stores sometimes adhere to Verizon policies however can impose their own. They are contracted by Verizon to sell Verizon services/products. This would explain why when I tried to renew my contract through this store they wanted to charge double for the phones than the legitimate Verizon store on Speedway/Craycroft charged. Additionally, the customer service at this store, well, sucks. The "manager" of this store (Eric Young) has no customer service skills and is completely unprofessional. I recently purchased a modem from this store and tried to return it because it did not work in my home. I was promised a newer modem which supposedly worked better however; this store did not have it in stock. After a "promise to call when the new modem arrives" and a "don't worry about the 30 days return policy" from Eric Young, he made the following accusation, "if it was important enough, you should have came in sooner." WOW! Here I was waiting at home for a phone call and I'm to blame because I did not go to the store soon enough. When I asked for the regional manager's name/phone number, Eric Young stated, "I can give you his name but not his number." I pondered, how was I to contact this mysterious regional manager (Tommy Townsend) with no phone number? Hmmm? Please take my advice and use a legitimate Verizon store. For all of you Green Valley/Sahuarita residents don't sacrifice a few bucks in gas for amateur and disrespectful customer service.
