He explained all the requirements for checking it which were reasonable. $15 tops if the problem could not be solved. He expertly performed the diagnostics and updated me throughout the process. A good friend of mine always de business here to get screen protectors for his phone. Since I had an OtterBox case I never thought about getting a cover on my phone. But when the iPhone came out with the finge rprint ID I couldn't use the OtterBox anymore and had to get a screen cover; this is the first place that I thought of. Man, what a great investment. The store has moved since I first year do business with them. Presently it's across from Hot Topic in the Tucson mall. Several times when my phone dropped, that screen protector has saved my screen from chips, scratches, and cracks. Once you buy the screen cover, if there's any problems, they replace it for five dollars. Over the last few years, I've replaced the cover six times, which is totally worth it initial investment, compared to replacing the screen on my iPhone pro max. The staff are super cool. I've never had to wait very long to get the new screen protector replaced. So do yourself a favor, and get your screen cover before your keys scratch it. They also replace batteries and screens on iPads, in addition to full service phone repairs. I got my iPad screen replaced and that took an hour. They sale cords and cases too. Shattered the screen on my iPod Touch. Did not want to pay what Apple was asking, and also wanted quick repair. Found these people at Tucson Mall. Called to check price, got a quote, and was amazed how low it was. First problem: website says they open at 10:00 AM, but when I get there, I find their storefront is closed until 11:00. I kill an hour waiting, then go in. Second problem: In writing up the ticket, I am told the price is higher than what I was told when I called. "Oh, someone must have given you the old price", I'm told. OK, I'm there, I've wasted enough travel and waiting time, so I give in. To their credit, within 45 minutes, I got a phone call my iPod is done. Third problem: When I look at the new screen, I can clearly see a gap between the bezel and the case, big enough t slip my fingernail in. I said the case is not sealed properly, and was then told, that's as good as it gets since my battery is going bad, but they can replace that too . . . for an additional fee. There was no battery problem when I brought it in, no screen fitting problem, so why is the battery suddenly having "problems" and now oversized? I said I do not want them to replace the battery, and I was not going to pay for the repair since it was not done properly. To their credit, there was no argument, just a offer to put my old, shattered screen back on. I took them up on that. Zero dollars, just a lot of wasted time. My iPod is now on it's way to Apple, something I should have done originally, to be repaired properly. I am willing to put up with the delay to get a quality repair done. Went in with a surface pro with a bad battery, was told it would take 7 - 10 for a new battery to be delivered, I paid for the battery. All Good. 10 days later I got a call saying when the screens are removed from the surface pros, they usually break so that's going to be another $110.00 and another 7 - 10 days. This MAY or MAY NOT be true (bait and switch?) but I would have preferred to know this on day 1 and not waste 10 days waiting for a repair that obviously wasn't going to happen within the specified timeline. I drove an hour to collect my computer, took it to the Microsoft store a week later when I had time and I walked out an hour later with a working unit. read more

My girlfriend's phone developed a problem that would not allow charging from a wired or wireless connection. After a trip to an authorized Verizon store we were told it was a battery issue. Verizon would not replace the battery but referred us to a third-party business by the name of All Mobile Matters. We located the closest All Mobile Matters store which was located at Park Place Mall in Tucson, Arizona. We spoke with Adam who told us he would be able to replace the battery in an hour or less. After some window shopping at the mall we stopped back to see if the phone was in working condition. Adam found that it was not the battery, but the logic board on the cell phone and considering this was a Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung may not even be willing to work on the phone. Even though the phone could not be repaired by All Mobile Matters, Adam was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. If we should ever find ourselves with a cell phone issue while in the Tucson area in the future we would not hesitate to return the All Mobile Matters. read more

It is not worth your time or you $35 or whatever you spend on it on the temper glass screen screen protector it's broken so many times our chip inside my purse at a program on them putting it on X7 times on the first try it and it checked on the cats my finger it's not worth going back in spending five dollars every time you go when it's going to break again in a week or so read more

Awesome job in replacing my iPhone 6 screen! Paid $117 and change, was ready within an hour. Very courteous and professional. Only issue and it's pretty major is that he neglected to tell me he dented the back of my phone. I know I signed a waiver giving them no responsibility if damage occurs but letting me know would've been nice. I know for a fact my phone didn't have the now obvious dent in the back. Seems it was pressed against something like a tiny screw. I wouldn't know, you can't see the dent because it's in a case but it still sucks to have that there. read more

We have had 7 repairs with these guys. They are polite and respectful. We recently had a phone drop. By their admission, we had bought a tempered glass cover for the screen. When we went there, they agreed that we had purchased a cover, but there was no cover on the phone. They said it fell off!! How would a cover fall off without us knowing. So we paid for a cover they didn't install, and now have a broken screen because they didn't install the cover, and they offer us 10% off a new screen. CROOKS! read more
