Came here during the week after Christmas to buy the iPhone SE with ATT's prepaid service, which I've used for several years. I had called earlier in the day to put the phone on hold and the employee seemed pretty harried, so I knew to expect a wait. When I arrived, the store was packed and people were sitting everywhere and waiting. The store also had a funky smell, like stale food or something, definitely should have been using an air freshener in there. There weren't any employees at the entrance, so I had to hunt down an employee to sign in. After signing in, I waited about 45 minutes to be served because, as far as I could tell, there were only 3 employees on the floor, which is a ridiculous example of understaffing for the week after Christmas. I didn't mind the long wait and might have been sympathetic, but all the employees were totally uncourteous and I felt like I was an annoyance the entire time I was there. If the iPhone wasn't deeply discounted, there's no way I would have wanted to purchase anything at this store because the customer service was atrocious. When I was finally waited on, the employee didn't even address me and started to unpackaged and set up the new phone. I had to ask him and confirm the price and model and plan. He was looking off in another direction the entire time he was helping me and did not make eye contact or give any impression he was paying attention to me or what he was doing. He never asked if I had questions or needed help setting up the phone. I was switching from Android and this was my first iPhone, so I really would have appreciated a little more information - instead he just slapped in my sim card and shooed me out. If you care at all about customer service, do not come to this ATT store. read more

The two male employees in the shop were horrible. The man who "helped" me let me know in many ways he was being bothered by my questions and not only didn't care about me, other customers were irritating him as well. Where's the district manager who's in charge of these characters? read more

Been in this store in the past and have had good service and help. This last visit was not so good. Staff was not helpful and the Manger was rude. Left there with no help and decided to just call at&t they are always helpful. I will go back into this store but only to see if staff has changed. Then maybe service will be what it should be. Sad to say this for this store and AT&T bit have been a loyal customer since 1983. Hope this location will get there act together. read more

Worked with a guy names Keith. Horrible. I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years. I walked in on a not busy day, still waited 20 mins. Went to pay my assessories off, and add a apple watch. Left not thinking anything of it, a month later I got slammed with a bill that was like double. He screwed up my service so badly! He didn't put the money I gave him towards the assessories, failed to tell me the watch has a service fee to turn on and worst of all, he ordered me this stupid apple nike watch band that is so ugly its black and white when I wanted JUST WHITE! First when I went to sign he signed me up for this $500 watch, I caught that and told him he was wrong, I should have walked at that moment when he seemed like he had no clue what he was doing. I even waited almost a week for it to come delievered because it was not in stock (go figure nothing is). So luckily I went to another local store, who helped me so much more and fixed this huge mess that the other store even said they are not even sure how he screwed up my account. Keep in mind, I also had my 3yr old with me, and the salesperson Keith seemed like he was getting very frustrated with the whole matter of him even being there. I will never set foot again in this Westmoreland mall if he is still employed there. Its been 2 months and finanlly getting things settled other than the horrible ugly $400 watch I am currently wearing. read more
