And I purchased it from a highly intelligent yet down to earth consultant named Tim Miller. (320 Greengate Centre Circle /Walmart Plaza/Greensburg) Without prompting I found myself experiencing a new phenomena. A salesperson who immediately set out to get me the best possible money saving deal !! And in the process purchase the best product and accessories for my money. The young man spent the better part of one and a half hours researching , adding and subtracting without a thumb on the scales ...finally getting me exactly what I needed. It was actually fun ! Personable and patient. Honest and good humored. But most of all informed and intent on representing my interests while diligently serving his employers. They call that a win win. I call it good business sense. I remember the days of transferring info from old to new ! Nightmare avoided today. Tim Miller got it done. Quote. " I don't set prices. I paid an $85 deposit toward a $170 repair and was told it would take about 2 weeks. After months of delays, repeated calls, and multiple visits (Dec 15, Jan 12, Feb 2, Feb 17), I was finally told on Feb 17 that the device was "unrepairable"--despite previously being told they were waiting on parts. I later had another technician evaluate the iPad, who found that the motherboard was cracked and additional internal damage had occurred while it was in their possession. When I returned on March 24 to request a refund, the owner refused, was unprofessional, and blamed the damage on the device being bent, which was not the case when I dropped it off. I paid for a repair that was never completed, and my device was returned in worse condition. I would not recommend this business.

I purchased a screen protector and he installed it for me as well. Assumed it was fine and left. On my way home, I noticed that I couldn't swipe the screen to open my phone. I had to hold in the power button and the volume up button to restart my phone. Once I did that then I could use my phone. But as soon as my phone went to sleep I cannot swipe it to turn it back on. So after some investigation, it turns out you cannot use a screen protector with their replacement screens. So after explaining this to them and waiting two weeks for a replacement screen, my screen got cracked. Then they tried to tell me That because my screen was cracked that void my warranty. But I couldn't put a screen protector on it because then my phone wouldn't work. This place is so unprofessional and it's a joke. Do not go there!

I had called earlier in the day to put the phone on hold and the employee seemed pretty harried, so I knew to expect a wait. When I arrived, the store was packed and people were sitting everywhere and waiting. The store also had a funky smell, like stale food or something, definitely should have been using an air freshener in there. There weren't any employees at the entrance, so I had to hunt down an employee to sign in. After signing in, I waited about 45 minutes to be served because, as far as I could tell, there were only 3 employees on the floor, which is a ridiculous example of understaffing for the week after Christmas. I didn't mind the long wait and might have been sympathetic, but all the employees were totally uncourteous and I felt like I was an annoyance the entire time I was there. If the iPhone wasn't deeply discounted, there's no way I would have wanted to purchase anything at this store because the customer service was atrocious. When I was finally waited on, the employee didn't even address me and started to unpackaged and set up the new phone. I had to ask him and confirm the price and model and plan. He was looking off in another direction the entire time he was helping me and did not make eye contact or give any impression he was paying attention to me or what he was doing. He never asked if I had questions or needed help setting up the phone. I was switching from Android and this was my first iPhone, so I really would have appreciated a little more information - instead he just slapped in my sim card and shooed me out. If you care at all about customer service, do not come to this ATT store.
