Save yourself the trouble and go to a corporate store - have nothing but raves for the employees working at the location near target in Rockwall. Today, the employee on the floor, Raegan, seemed put off that she was having to actually work during her scheduled shift instead of reading her ebook and sipping on her coffee beverage. Greeting upon entering establishment was flippant at best, no acknowledgment regarding how long the wait might be, if she'd be able to assist me soon, or if I would be better suited to come back another time. The young woman being helped was very polite and wished her a good day upon completing her transaction - to which Ms. Reagan remained mute. Perhaps she failed to hear the young lady.. my interaction with Reagan made it seem as if perhaps she was having a bad day, or maybe it is more of a personality issue and not being suited for working in customer service. Simply needed a replacement screen protector, which is advertised on the box from my original purchase (approx 6 months ago), as being able to be completed in store, or online. Was advised after next month, it'll be 'online only' - cool, appreciate the head's up. Didn't know there would be a fee for the replacement case, was advised as to why and I proceeded to pull out cash to pay for the purchase of a replacement. To which, I was told she could not accept cash... Bottom line, I left without purchasing a replacement, called the original store on receipt (which reflected a cash payment for the purchase) and asked what their policy was. Spoke with Chris and he was amazingly helpful! Confirmed they have the screen protector for my particular phone in stock before I even made my way over there. Avoid this location on N. Goliad at all costs.

They sell my exact console I was trying to trade them for 320$. So an 80$ difference. I was only asking for them to give me at least 200-220$ for my console and I would pay the rest of the 400$ with cash. So then I would have their 400$ console and then they could sell mine for their 320$ price plus have the cash I gave them. THE MAN IS GREEDY! He wants every little penny he can get. With this deal he still would have substantial profit just not as much as he wants. Service wasn't the best and they are rude when you start trying to bargain.

I didn't care if we went to a personal eye Care place or Wal-mart but I'm so glad my husband wanted a specific brand because It introduced us to Amy, who was so incredibly knowledgeable and knew everything about how my insurance worked and how to get the most out of my plan and where I barely paid out of pocket. I was so impressed that I asked to go get in next door with the optometrist WITHOUT an appointment ( which I'll do a review of her and her office next because they're also amazing) to see if I could get an exam because I now wanted to use Pearle that day with my family. Luckily, the optometrist had a customer running late and squeezed my in. I've had glasses since I was eight and have many experiences with getting glasses and this has been my favorite. So a month later my daughter wanted to get glasses and was going to go to America's Best because they advertise a really great special that you can't turn down. I get a call a frantic call from my daughter who is learning how to schedule and go to her appointment's alone and they said she only had an allowance of 70.00 when I was able to buy an almost 300.00 pair of Kate Spade glasses with only a few dollars that I had to pay out of pocket. I believe it was less than ten bucks. So, I told my daughter to go to Pearle in Rockwall, just down the street and speak to Amy. Amy, talked to me on the phone and explained that America's Best will say that "yes" your insurance is covered but won't tell you that you're "out of network". This makes a huge difference. My daughter ended up with a pair of "Ray Ban" glasses and paid nothing out of pocket for the glasses and only a little for the extra options for the lenses. I got "Kate Spade", my son and husband both got "Oakley" and my daughter got "Ray Ban" all brand names. I called Amy again..... And I wanted to speak to her manager so that I could tell them how impressed I was and she said she was the manager. So I needed to let people out there know how impressed with the service I am. I could careless about the name brands I care more about the quality of customer service I get because that's where I'll take my business in the future. Luckily, I have amazing insurance but even better Amy knew how to maximize our benefits. Just with the example of my daughter is proof why I'll always go back. She would have had to pay out of pocket for a pair of cheapy frames and wouldn't have gotten the bang for MY buck I spend in vision coverage. I looked up places and landed here, it was the nicest and cleanest office I've been to in a while. I walked in looking concerned because I was nervous to explain my situation and didn't know if they could do everything before my benefits were up.
