Her wonderful customer service turned a stressful experience into a positive one. All day, I felt like no Verizon employee took our concerns or time seriously--until we met Kake. She went above and beyond by sitting down with customer support on the phone for over an hour on our behalf, refusing to give up until our issue was resolved. She didn't have to go the extra mile, but she did everything in her power to make things right. I can't thank Kake enough for her kindness, they are lucky to have her at this location! I assumed I'd be able to get an in-warranty replacement for $9.99 because I purchased the old screen protector at this same store, and they'd have a record of my purchase. NOPE. They need the old screen protector and WILL DO NOTHING AT ALL if you don't have it. Which is crazy, because Zagg offers the same in-warranty replacement through their website without requiring the old product to be sent in. There are several employees at this store, each with a different outlook. Depending on which one is there, you'll get different results, which, of course, sucks. I have been able to get warranty replacements in the past without bringing in my old protector! The employee working on June 9th wouldn't do jack sh*t for me, he even told me to leave a negative review if I wanted! UPDATE: I went back on June 10, 2026, with my broken XTR5 screen protector and they sold me a replacement, and installed it, for $12+tax. Crazy thing is the in-warranty replacement cost is listed as $9.99 almost everywhere, so this store is pretty much just doing whatever they want. When I brought this up, they informed me they are a ZAGG FRANCHISE and don't have to follow the parent company's policies and prices. Which is jacked up. I only am dealing with them because I happen to think Zagg's products are high-quality, even if the store sucks, and I am unable to install the protectors myself due to a medical condition. A side note: there is NO INDICATION ANYWHERE (such as signage, placards, etc.) they are a franchise, which is pretty sketchy.

It is a…read morepain if someone has stopped in the aisle to look at something and what you came to see is on the other side of where they are at because if you have to get past them, they literally have to put their belly against the merchandise and you literally have to crotch dust them to get to the other side. Come on Gamestop, pay a little extra rent and don' t make your customers have to sexually harass each other to navigate your store. Parking here is not much better as there are a lot of busy places in this shopping center and so don't be surprised if you have to park down the way and walk a little bit. The plus side of this store is that the staff if very friendly and helpful, something I have found quite common at the Gamestops I have visited. What has not been common is the tight quarters and aweful parking situation this particular store presents to its clients.
