The Guthrie T-Mobile store has been nothing but a nightmare. I've spent over 6.5 HOURS in that store trying to fix a mistake THEY made... and got absolutely nowhere. Every visit was a waste of time. Instead of taking accountability, they blamed "the system" when it was 100% their error. You'll be told one thing, but in reality, they have no clue what they're doing. The pricing you're promised? Don't count on it. The information you're given? Inconsistent at best. And don't expect management to help -- I was told to "come back and talk to the manager." I did... and it was the exact same experience. No solutions, no accountability, and honestly just very unfriendly. What I spent 3 months and 6.5 hours in-store trying to fix with ZERO resolution... the OKC location explained everything clearly and fixed (what they could that wasn't to far gone kudos to Guthrie) in 20 minutes. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. And I know I'm not the only one -- during the ridiculous amount of time I've been stuck in that store, multiple other customers came in dealing with issues too. Again, do yourself a favor: skip Guthrie and go to OKC where the employees actually know what they're doing and can help you correctly the first time.
