This store needs to be shut down. Every single employee are useless. No help at all. Claim you can't turn in a trade in in store that you have to ship when it's literally plastered all over T-Mobile you can trade in store. Also claimed to not have certain devices when again on the website it says in stock. they just didn't want to mess with anything cause it was an hour before closin. No wonder they always hiring. Avoid Guthrie T-Mobile at ALL costs Save yourself the headache and just make the drive to OKC -- I promise you'll thank yourself. The Guthrie T-Mobile store has been nothing but a nightmare. I've spent over 6.5 HOURS in that store trying to fix a mistake THEY made... and got absolutely nowhere. Every visit was a waste of time. Instead of taking accountability, they blamed "the system" when it was 100% their error. You'll be told one thing, but in reality, they have no clue what they're doing. The pricing you're promised? Don't count on it. The information you're given? Inconsistent at best. And don't expect management to help -- I was told to "come back and talk to the manager." I did... and it was the exact same experience. No solutions, no accountability, and honestly just very unfriendly. What I spent 3 months and 6.5 hours in-store trying to fix with ZERO resolution... the OKC location explained everything clearly and fixed (what they could that wasn't to far gone kudos to Guthrie) in 20 minutes. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. And I know I'm not the only one -- during the ridiculous amount of time I've been stuck in that store, multiple other customers came in dealing with issues too. Again, do yourself a favor: skip Guthrie and go to OKC where the employees actually know what they're doing and can help you correctly the first time. read more

LOVED THEM! I will from now on recommend this place to all of my friends. I generally enjoyed my visit there if you're anything like me, I am terrible when it comes to technology and it honestly just gives me a headache and I can't NOT stand to deal with it. while I was there, I met this great T-Mobile employee named Josh. He helped me so much make this visit so easy. But it wasn't even just him. all of the employees there were just so nice to me and so sweet. You can truly tell care about their customers. store policy seems to be set by whoever you talk to for service, when i first got t-mobile service was first class, now you call for service and get random answers. was told to bring phone to Guthrie for service, Guthrie store says we can't do that here then was told to take the phone to OKC for service, I call customer service again they say YES take it to Guthrie, I call Guthrie again they say sure we can do that bring it in. replacing a phone was as simple as a phone call when I first got service, now it is a nightmare, every call you make they say call this other number you get a different answer from every call, finally found out all you need to do is go online and file a claim still a mess when everyone you talk to has different answers. I signed up with t mobile after being with ATT. They had a $200 offer for transferring! I'm over 6 months in and still haven't received my rebate. I get nothing but runaround excuses!! I go not recommend T Mobil!! read more

I had a broken phone and the insurance company said I didn't have insurance. I went to T mobile on division and had them look it up they said we did have insurance. So I asked the store employee if they could call the insurance company. They said it was not their problem. I asked to speak to a manager I was informed that she would not call the manager nor give me his/her contact information. I was adamant about my desire to speak to management as I have been 18.00 a month for 2.5 years on insurance that they are not letting me use. This time she brought a very rude employee named Stephanie C. And she once again refused to help me talk to a manager. And then told me I needed to leave the store. Because I asked to talk to management . I had not raised my voice nor used any inappropriate language . I was very short because I was being told I would t be receiving any help. After an hour on line with T-Mobile CS , they absolutely verified that the girls in the store could of called the insurance company and straightened it out for us would of took them 10mn out of their lives. I have been a customer for 5 years I have never had any problems with T mobile until this store here in guthrie. But special SHOT OUT TO Stephanie C. Who likes to mock and cajole loyal customers that just were trying to get help with a legitimate issue. read more
