Hopefully people read Yelp reviews about Fast Bros Phone Repair before coming and wasting their time and money! I wish we did! My husband brought my child's iPad here to fix a screen. They charged him $43 for "diagnostic" to say the screen needs to be replaced and it took several hours to "diagnose"... what... When he came back they told him it would be $100 to repair the screen and he said he'll wait to do it since we were leaving to go out of town! Came back a couple of weeks later to fix the screen and was told that since we didn't do it right away the price is now $150 but if we do the screen and battery they'll discount for $260! A brand new iPad is currently on sale for $279.99 at Best Buy. Anyway, we took the iPad to the Apple Store, free diagnostic, and a screen replacement is $130. My husband said, "this is why some local businesses fail for their greed" and wow I couldn't agree more. Go somewhere else! Don't pay for a diagnostic here. The diagnostic is free at the Apple Store and Best Buy! Avoid the rudeness, disregard, and greed from this business! Read the rest of the reviews and you'll see that their service is not quality service. I told my husband we dodged a bullet because of all of the complaints on Yelp that after the screen replacement people have issues with the new screen or start button. I'm not sure how they're still in business because they're overcharging for a bad job and not taking accountability for their low quality service when people complain. read more

Spent $80 to replace a front screen. Not two days later the entire screen basically peeled off in one piece. Not one piece of adhesive or glue was applied. They did sloppy work plain and simple. And when I had the audacity to ask for a refund or replacement the kid behind the counter laughed at me and told me he'd been "doing this for 11 years". He was 23. Save yourself the time and money and avoid Fast Bros.. they're fast... I'll give them that. But they aren't bro's. read more

I had an iPhone screen replaced and less than 2 months later the screen is popping up on one side. I called to see if they would fix it, but since it had been over 30 days they wouldn't do anything about it. I was told it must have been dropped or pressure applied to it for this to happen which wasn't the case. Called today to see about whether they could take a look at/fix my camera on my iPhone six plus the dude who answered had no idea what he was talking about he said fast bros couldn't fix it/it couldn't be fixed at all because of magnetic sensors that were out of place and you would have to completely disassemble my phone which this place can't do and was not worth it, I asked if there was anything I could do and was told to "put a magnet in my phone case to stabilize the sensor". I decided to get another opinion I went down the road to cpr by penn and they popped a new camera on and fixed my home button and he even diagnosed it over the phone said it happens all the time and was 100% correct. I gave 135 dollars to them instead and had my phone restored beautifully and correctly in less than two hours read more

If you can deal with and don't mind a seriously crappy attitude and rudeness from the sales associate/tech, then this place is for you. I had previously used Fast Bros. on 3 separate occasions and they ranked 4+ stars. During the most recent & last transaction (11/8/2019), Mr. A. Valdez has no business being in front of customers. With his terribly crappy attitude & incredible rudeness, he should be relegated to the back room at the most. Horrible customer service. Took my daughter's iPad in for a screen repair. The home button stopped working shortly after. Took it back again for repair and was quoted 1-2 hours. 7 hours later had to call and check on it and it still wasn't ready. Had to pick up the next morning. Get home and the home button still doesn't work. Took back this morning and drop it off. Call back 6 hours later and the guy said he couldn't figure it out. Go by to pick it up and no one says "hi" or "be right with you". Finally I call out hello and he was so rude saying he was just putting it back together. Go pick up my daughter from school and have to go back to pick it up, still not fixed and they took off my screen tempered glass without telling me. So now I have a broken iPad still and have to order a new screen protector for nothing. Save yourself and go ANYWHERE else but here. read more

I broke my iPhone X screen at 6:45am. Took the phone in for repair around 10am and had a completely repaired phone by lunch. Chris was extremely friendly and professional. I recently came here for the first time to get my nephew's iPad 2 fixed and it was done quickly. The lobby/waiting area is very clean and there's also a TV to keep you entertained while you wait. I took in my daughter's iPhone 6 for a new battery about 2 months ago. I noticed the screen had started separating from the phone. I had my daughter run the phone by to see if the could fix it. The guy there said the 60 day old battery had swollen causing the screen up to separate. I realize the repair was out of date but my expectation is the battery should last more than 60 days before it fails. They offered to repair again for $69. I told my daughter to leave and we'd get it fixed elsewhere most likely cheaper and confident it will go over 60 days. read more

Fast Bros is an awesome place!! Chris was very helpful and polite. He told me on the phone it would take approximately take 2 HRs to fix my iPad. I called at 4:30. I got there a little after 5:00 and he still took it and said he would have it done in 1.5 HRs. He added some extra adhesive to make sure it stuck good; because this is the second time my son has cracked the screen. Very pleasant place and they diffuse essential oils!! read more

Extremely disappointed! I paid $165+ to have a new screen placed on my phone since it was shattered. Not even 2 weeks later the screen is cracked without it being dropped, nothing. The glass that they replaced it with had to have been faulty. They didn't even offer to replace it at cost. They would only replace it with me paying the full price!!! Save yourself the trouble and pay $20 more for much better quality. I had a similar experience as R.W. I spent $130 to get my screen replaced because the LCD was busted as I was going out of town That weekend and needed my phone for airline travel and such. On the replaced screen, the top right corner of the screen was loose and the whole screen was twitchy. Less than a week and a half later the top right corner of the screen cracked and the LCD was busted again but I hadn't dropped it or anything. I took it in to see if I could at least get my money back or a new screen replaced because of the terrible quality of the replacement. The guy working was not very remorseful and stated "it's in our policy, right there" but no policies are posted except for a corny joke about not trusting customers and not taking checks. Two months ago I used the same place to replaced my cracked screen. Not to mention when I had gone in the man seemed very misogynistic, talking down to me because I was woman and I need to take better care of things. This place may seem great because of the slightly low prices, but put your phone in more professional hands and save the time money and hassle. read more
