This is the worst AT&T STORE! and it's because of the manager Kira. She is the WORST! How is she in charge of anything let alone a corporate at&t store. I was in with my wife and son about 3 weeks ago and added 3 lines. The guy rep lied to me completely and added to my account with some kind of home protection tech and other things he never mentioned. They are liars! The are also unprofessional cussing, so loud, and the way they touch each other sexually is crazy. I was embarrassed for my 11 year old. When I asked to speak to the manager about what happened I was told she had a doctors appointment for a boot she's in that she's faking. Im guessing trying to get money from the company. It's like they hired scam artists to run that place. I'm so angry and now no one will help me and I am stuck paying a 500 plus dollar phone bill! Kira won't help or even take my calls. read more

From bottom to top the staff are incompetent. The manager doesn't care about her job. She pawns off issues to the call department. She will disapear when needed. She speaks rudely to the customer and assumes all fault lies with the customer. Their service rep made a mistake in the store that cost us lots of money. they have zero accountability for errors they make. And they offer no hope in correcting the error. The Hickory AT&T store is staffed by a team whose incompetence is only exceeded by their indifference. The entirety of their knowledge about their product line wouldn't fill a thimble, and they are only interested in getting credit for a sale. I'm going to try to get better (any) service today in Statesville and if I can't I will switch back to Verizon. I'd give this store 0 stars if I could. read more

Something very strange happened to me at the store. I offered to buy a phone out right and immediately. I was refused the sell and purchase because I would not put the phone purchase on a payment plan. Therefore they said they could not sell me the phone. I have been a long time AT&T customer and have constantly been treated like dirt over the years despite me paying all of my bills on time. AT&T does more harm than good to their customers. If they offer to assist you with better service or lower payments, you had better beware because it may not be the truth. read more

I needed new phones plus it was Christmas and my daughter wanted an iPhone so I decided to come to AT&T. The biggest mistake I ever did. The rep. told me my bill would be a little high but never did I imagine paying over $200 dollars the whole 2 years I was with them. When I spoke with the rep AJ who came to my home and job to sale and set the phones up. He stated that I would have the bogo buy an iPhone X and get the other iPhone free. My daughter asked him for and 8 plus he told her he didn't have it, he stated to her that he had and 8. So she took that. Well come to find out he didn't give her the 8 and I never got the bogo. I paid full price for both phones and he never put insurance on them. He LIED about everything he did. I tried reaching out to his boss Jacob who was extremely rude, I expressed my feels about AJ lying and give use the wrong phones I never heard back from Jacob. So I went into the store spoke with a lovely lady name Jojo she tried and she thought she had taken care of it for me but when my next bill came out it was $200 again. I called customer service only to be told that it could not be taken care of it would have to go to upper management. So I was given another number I spoke with a guy who said that he would take care of it. He never did, he gave me another number to call. Where I spoke with Ms. Leslie she was very helpful and did as much as she could she thought she had it handled. Nope she was told that I didn't get the right phone the bogo cannot be honored. I explained to her what the rep did. Leslie gave me her supervisor Christian & Mark information 407-864-9904 called he was very rude as well. Every time I called he would say he was going to call me back NEVER did. I tried to call him the next week he blocked my number. That was my breaking point with AT&T as a whole. They have great phone service, but the people that work for them are horrible. I paid the phones off and left the company. AT&T lies and they're not for their customers. We have done business with ATT for 15 years and have never had an experience this good. My MIL (81) had gone to the store to purchase a new phone. The tech proceeds to delete a security/tracking app because he "thought it was part of the old operating system"! He also signed all devices out of iTunes, the App Store and a few others! Someone needs to not only be re-educated, but FIRED!!! read more

Awful company. Tried to extort $200 out of me from an old closed and paid account. AT&T suspended a paid in full account due to their own mistake then cancelled my service without refunding 05/25/2014-06/25/2014 service prepaid. Been with them before they were Cingular and now AT&T doesn't care one iota about its customers. Moreover, they stole 12 days of service from me because I refused to pay $205.88 on an old closed account I was told at the AT&T store was PAID IN FULL. I am a current AT&T customer and I've been very pleased with them. I stopped in because I've been having an issue with getting a crappy signal. Nothing wrong with my iPhone. I just get crappy service where I live because I live down an 1100 foot driveway in the boonies in Iron Station. But kudos to Tina at this store. She analyzed my phone and made a recommendation to shed some things in my phone. No attempt to upsell because it wasn't needed.
