First, I asked for an extra long cord that was extremely durable, I even made sure to highlight that I am accident prone. I was assured that the product I was sold was indeed durable. It broke with the very first use when it slid off my bed and fell a total of 24 inches. When I tried to get my money back, I was told there was no refunds even when the receipt specifically says that it could be refunded within 7 days. She also made a big deal about how she was "giving me 50 percent off" which I totally fell for. Turned out the cord that was almost 40 bucks there, was only 13 online but she sold it to me for 24.99, which is not exactly 50 percent. They did offer to exchange the cord but surprise, surprise, they didn't have it in stock, so I'm just out of luck. All the products are overpriced junk and they will say anything to get you to buy them.

Your bill can be as low as $35 a month. You can also customize your plan. But they do have hidden fees. After they add their little fees you'll end up paying at least another $10 extra. Their phones break so easily. I had cricket services for about 2 years and in that time period i had at least 10 phones. They have long distance but you cant really use it because the services are only available in certain states. If you go out of town they'll charge you for roaming. Cricket may not have the best phones or services, but your bill will NEVER be over $100.
