Had a great experience this week when I went in to start a new phone plan. I was already planning on upgrading my phone when I got home, but they were able to help me in store to make sure I got all of the deals I could! The associate Delasia was incredible! She walked me through the entire process, never pressured me into anything I didn't actually need, and was all around very helpful. Our experience with Elwood Key was awesome. We were running into obstacles from Verizon with getting our 3 new phones, delay after delay and contradicting status messages and I had been without a phone for days. It took Mr Elwoods intervention to help us and I don't know what we would have done without his help in making sense of a very frustrating situation. This location has poor customer service security practices.Security for My Verizon account was breeched when they allowed someone who knew me to come into their location and got them into my account to purchase and activate a phone and charged it to my account. Someone at this location added a child as an account manager so they could send a code to his phone to allow someone else access to my account. They were unresponsive to my concerns by phone and even in person at first until I threatened to get Verizon involved. When they finally realized what happened they cooperates with an investigation. I would never use this location again. I called Verizon reported the breech and added additional security to my account. read more

We went to this store in High Point after being very disappointed with our local Verizon store in Asheboro. Elwood Key was very helpful and patient with us as we updated our phones. He helped us transfer all information to the new phones showing great patience with us as we asked many questions. When we got home and had more questions the next day he said we could come back to the store. When we got there he had a customer so another rep helped us. The entire staff at that store worked together to make sure the customer was well served. We will not go back to our local store. We will drive the extra 15 miles to get there, but will save much time over the long run with the great service we received from them. read more

Chris and the staff are extremely pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the product, friendly and was able to answer ALL of my questions and some. I highly recommend this business and staff for those who are challenged in the technology area (hint hint myself). He gives and show you options which allows you to make inform decision. He also does follow up and make sure things are going well. The store itself is very well kept and a has welcoming environment where all the staff members great you and acknowledge all their customers. This location has superb customer service.
