And just in a few days (3-4) I have received a call from them to come in and watch them test everything and it was fantastic! My PS5 works now! Customer service was also amazing! I do recommend coming here if you need a simple repair for whatever technical issue you have. And the price to just get it repaired was super cheap. I was in shock!

Didn't feel judged, and they were honest with me about the situation (small scratch on camera itself, cost, recommendation, etc). The primary drawback to this place was parking. I got lucky with a spot, but it's south end, so you take your chances. I went to another spot first, which ended up needing phone insurance to be worthwhile, which I didn't have. This spot was about 1/3 the price that I was quoted. The fix was something I didn't want to delay and while I hope not to need them again, I'd absolutely come back if in a pickle and recommend to others.
