Visited this AT&T store on December 21, 2025 hoping to resolve a trade-in problem / service activation issue. Instead of listening to my concern, the general manager interrupted me, refused to let me explain my side, and bluntly said, "This is my store, and that's how it is." He was dismissive, condescending, and made it clear that customer input doesn't matter here. I've been an AT&T customer for over 10 years, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. We live about a mile away so we have stopped here before. Sometimes it is quite full and busy while other times not so bad. On Saturday (3 days ago) we went in as my Apple watch was well over 3 years old and I was experiencing it dying during work-outs. I do long runs....marathons and ultramarathons. I found the watch battery was dying around 4 hours of use. Because of the age, the fact we were entitled to an upgrade, and the battery issue I decided to get a new one. We got to the store and the staff was busy helping other customers (about 5 people maybe 6). We gave our name and waited. We could tell there were three others in front of us but we looked around and played games on our phone. After about 20 minutes about 3 other customers cam in, gave their names, and also waited. Two people ahead of us were called for their turn and a salesperson came to wait on us. We told her that one other guy was ahead of us so she thanked us and went to help him. After a while she left him and came to us (she would occasionally check back on the guy before us....not sure what they were doing). Anyway, we explained the battery issue and the fact I needed a new watch. She was nice and even let us update the account info (our son is a recent nurse and had some healthcare provider account that we all shared....we paid but it was in his name, but the salesperson helped us get listed as authorized account users). She showed us the watches - I had a 10.3.1, Series 9, another model and the Ultra. I explained that I was fine with the size of the 9 that I had but was concerned about the battery. I specifically asked her what the difference was between the Ultra and the 9. She said "The Ultra is larger". I could see the case and it was thicker and larger but I asked was the battery life better. She said "no". I asked "So the only difference is the body size and width?" She said "yes". So I said "If when you said "larger" you meant memory size or battery size, I would go with the ultra but since there is no difference I'll stay with the same size." That was it. We paid the upgrade fee and agreed to a monthly charge on the cost. It was delivered on Monday - real fast. I put the new watch on the charger (it came with no charge) and started getting on a Facebook running group that I frequent. My new watch came up and I was told I should have gotten the Ultra because it has the same basic functions runners need (GPS, pace, distance, time) but that the battery life was twice as long. I was shocked so I got onto Apple's website and compared the models. Sure enough, right there, it shows the Ultra lasts TWICE as long. The ONE and ONLY concern I expressed to the staff in this AT&T store was the battery life and my running! So, I brought it back in the next day. I had only had this watch - selected based upon this store's salesperson's statements - for less than 24 hours. The store balked at the return but, after a manager was called, he agreed to exchange it for the Ultra if I paid the larger monthly cost (I agreed - no problem) AND a $55 dollar "restocking fee"! I explained that this was unreasonable as we purchased the watch based upon what his employee stated. he didn't argue at all....just said that was their policy and if we had the watch in our hands for 60 seconds, walked out the front door, and handed it back we would still be charged a $55 restocking fee. He wouldn't budge and, to be honest, didn't even seem to care that his store tricked us in buying this model. I am running 7 marathons, in 7 states, in 7 consecutive days starting in two days. In April, I am running the keys 100 mile ultramarathon from Key Largo to Key West (fifth time). In July I am attempting the 314 mile Vol State road race. Later this year, I am entered in the Salina Kansas Crossroads marathon, the Maine Marathon, and a "3 marathons, in 3 states, in 3 days" race (again - did it last year)....all with a watch that I purchased solely upon this store's employee's statements and representations.....and that will almost certainly die during EVERY one of those races. We have been lifetime AT&T customers. Our entire house (tv, security, modem, alarm) run on AT&T. All family members use AT&T. My father was a lifetime AT&T employee (retired from Bell Corps Labs) and my mother-in-law worked AT&T and a baby bell. Definitely one of the worse customer experiences we have had. read more

The consultant at this location deactivated a phone before new phone was activated, before receiving the new phone, the new phone was for my mom, so mom doesn't have a working phone, the only way to get the phone in hand to work to take her a SIM card that ATT deactivated, a 2.5 hour drive to correct a problem ATT created. The manager at the store said it was nothing they,when attempting to share with him ATT supported confirmed the time and date was during the time of my visit. The manager denies ATT made the change because he is the Manager and know nothing was done, no ownership of error created by this ATT location. I don't recommend, this location, caused a issue and wants me to correct instead of reversing what they did. read more

Took my brand new google pixel 4a to this locating to get an esim activated with my AT&T wireless account. After waiting for five minutes, a customer service rep comes to the door and greets me. This is where the positive aspect of my review ends. After sitting down, I told the rep that I need an esim for my google pixel 4a. Proceeded to scan the barcode on the pixel box and after checking, he told me the esim could not be activated & that the phone was not supported on AT&T's network. The reason it could not be activated was because the esim on the box is for those with google fi service. Why didn't the rep realize I needed an AT&T esim and that the one on the box is for those with google fi (as mentioned above)? Suffice it to say, I left in disgust due to the incompetence of this one rep and went to another AT&T store location, not far from this one, where I got an esim for my pixel 4a with no issues. read more

From my past experiences at the stores near my house and work, I kind of gave up on my options with AT&T Wireless. Once I stepped into this store, it quickly changed my perception. While I was doing errands in this area. I recall an AT&T near Spring Cypress Rd on Tomball Parkway from awhile back. And, I was right. Glad to see the store is still here. As usual, I was greeted by a bunch of friendly staff. A salesperson named Bailey approached me with the standard lines. I told him my frustrations with my GoPhone signals and wanted something better. But I didn't want to start a new contract because I have few months before my obligation with T-Mobile ended. He pulled out a chart and showed me my options. Once I mentioned that a family member was willing to let me join the family plan, but that person was out of state. He quickly jotted down some info and told me a smart way to make it happen. The process took a few days. Thanks to his coordination and thinking-outside-of-box attitude. I got my iPhone working again with more powerful signals than T-Mobile and GoPhone combined. Like the idiom "third time's the charm" said; I wouldn't have such luck to meet a smart salesperson like Bailey who had the vast product knowledge. I can't say I will be back, because everything is done over the phone and on the internet. At least, I give AT&T Wireless 2-thumbs up for their over a decade of consistent mobile phone service. read more

My husband and I stopped in here twice in the last several days because we needed to upgrade our cell phones. Since AT&T is migrating their plans from contracts (with subsidized phones) to no contracts (with an installment plan on the phone), we needed to do a little bit of research and then the essential back up of our iPhones (since they no longer migrate data, either) before we took the proverbial plunge. Since we've also always signed a 2-year contract, I needed to do some research on the financial advantages of dropping that (particularly since one of our lines had the old grandfathered unlimited data plan). A visit here on a Friday afternoon had us in and out in a snap. There was an abundance of associates that were available and we could have had our choice of whomever snagged us first, frankly. Hard sell to try to get us to change our plan. This was when we learned about them giving us pretty much an "empty" phone and we absolutely needed a back up of it somewhere other than on the old phone. Okay, we leave and resolve to hit them up on Monday, figuring that weekends will be way too crowded and Mondays will be much more civil. Count me wrong! Monday morning was bustling, but part of the reason why was that they had a fraction of the staff available. So why the 4 stars? Because once we were helped, it was quick and painless without the pressure or sell to change our plan. Praise the Lord! I didn't want to change it anyway and I got tired of hearing about how we needed to -- After fiddling around with multiple devices and tablets for about 15 minutes, Luis assisted us quickly and skillfully. Both hubby and I got new iPhones 6 models and we were out and on our way. No haggling, no suggestions to change anything, so attempts to get us to purchase cases. What a pleasure! We needed to come to this particular location because we wanted to trade in our old iPhones for a credit and get a newer one on that SAME day. The only way to do this is at an AT&T retail store, and this was the most convenient one to our home. This location does have a huge display and selection of phones and tablets from which to choose; I would, however, suggest going in here more towards the end of the week because they seem to be staffed better then (or maybe it's just later in the afternoon). Be aware, too, that traffic in this area can get crazy congested. Plan your entrance and exit route strategically because it could have an impact on your sanity. read more

Wow! Fantastic customer service here. Jay got me hooked up with the warp speed internet and he made it so easy. Jay is obviously very well versed in the technical aspects BUT his personality and courtesy were outstanding. I also watched an older couple enter the store quite upset and frustrated with a cell phone situation. They were greeted by another store associate that was patient, courteous and kind. He was turning their problem into a solution. BTW, I don't leave reviews. These guys were great. read more

I have been an AT&T customer for 15 years and was given the best in store service ever. I really appreciate the young lady that helped my daughter switch phones and ensure everything was backed up. We were there about an hour and didn't buy anything, just needed some help. Usually I feel like I'm being up sold or pushed off due to the time the service was taking, but not at this store. I just switched to AT&T from T-Mobile and thought I could do it all myself online. Boy! Was I wrong. My account got totally messed up with incorrect monthly fees and a huge startup bill that was totally wrong. I spent hours on the phone with their support line with the end result being that they couldn't help me. I went to this store this morning and talked with Shirley. After about 15 mins my account was cleared up and my first bill corrected. She was very pleasant to work with and a very valuable employee of AT&T. Kudos. read more

WOW!!! This place is great! So friendly. So knowledgeable & accommodating. Steven helped us sooo much. He made us understand that we have not 'needed' a landline we've had for years at $30.00 a month. Yes, we canceled it. He explained how we can go back to ATT from DIRECTV we have not been as happy with. Steven listened & helped us understand that 5G is coming, but we will have to wait. And then, I mentioned I broke my phone & he highly recommended K. K. at CELL+DOC & kindly pointed the way over there. K. K. gave me a 'deal' because of Steven & fixed my phone within the HOUR!!! Would be no stars if that was possible. Terrible service. Guy who met us at door immediately vanished. Asked 2 others for help and they directed us to the guy who'd disappeared, then just stood at the door chatting and playing on their phones while we got no help, getting increasingly upset. Finally guy 1 returned, acted surprised that I wanted the phone I chose, then told me it would be "a week or two" to get an iPhone (it's not like it's Christmas time, it's March!), and that I'd get a better deal at the Apple Store. My iPhone 4 is cracked so I went in to get an upgrade. I am still on my family's family plan. My dad recently went to upgrade his phone at an AT&T store in Austin, TX and they said we are eligible for the same upgrade which is an iPhone 5, 6 or 6+. It would just add about $25 to our monthly bill. When I went to this location yesterday, they told me it would cost me $750 for the phone and they would have to charge me $70- $80 in taxes. I didn't understand how they could charge me taxes that day without me buying the phone the same day. I also didn't understand why it would cost me $750 to buy a phone there when I can buy on online for under $200. I was confused and trying to understand but the man that was helping me just said there was no way around it. I was trying to explain the deal my dad had received in Austin but he seemed annoyed and when I left he just went back to playing on his phone. We were with T-Mobile for past 10 years and was shopping around to get a deal with phones and looking at different options. Went to this AT&T location, first when we got there nobody's was eger to attend us. There were5 reps including manager was just chilling then finally got a rep named Khai came to talk to us and told us a price. We went to Sprint before so I asked him just about why sprint rates are cheaper and got a reply very rudely that I dont work for Sprint and he stood up like he dont want to help us out. I went to store Manager to notify him and Manager just said oh ok. No sorry or they not even tried to stop us. We Went to Sprint afterwards and got 2 free iPhone 6s, Lg G5 and 2 free LG tribute and even got approved for 10 lines .The reason I am leaving this review that just by color of our skin and our appearance you cant just judge anyone. We were ignored just because of our ethnicity. I am in retail and I try everyday to please my customers and try to keep them happy. At this AT&T store supervisor of store gives you a vibe that get the hell out what will a customer do. I have been with AT&T for 15 years and I have NEVER been treated like my business didn't matter or like I wasn't worthy of being looked in the eye until today. I walked in to inquire about my upgrade in a few days. I had already heard about them basically forcing you to pay full price for the phones with their Next plan and doing away with the upgrade discount prices, but I was still willing to at least hear them out and see if I could rework my plan to stay with them as well as buy a new phone. The man that was to help me wouldn't get off his iPad the whole time I was there nor look me in the eye.. I asked for my average usage and he tried to pull it up then couldn't so I was told to call *611 on my phone for the information. Meanwhile, he's still typing away on his iPad giving me no further instruction about this call I'm to make and when I don't request the correct information, he tells me I needed to speak to an actual person... Umm I'm sitting IN YOUR STORE!! You call them!! You provide the service!! Don't act like I'm a moron and continue NOT talking to me because you're too busy jacking around on your iPad and then have the nerve to tell me what I did wrong. I have never been treated so poorly. I am completely appalled at the customer service this store "offered". I never got rude and never talked down to the guy, and when I asked if I just called to cancel on the date my contract ended he basically tried to bully me into staying so I wouldn't lose my phone number. Really? I work in sales... This guy should be fired and att should do a better job of training their staff to actually sale something. I'm really disappointed. read more
