Yesterday 03/15/17 I paid $90 plus tax to get my iPhone 6 fixed and everything seemed to be working wonderful, until I tried to use FaceTime, iMessage, or do anything pertaining to iCloud. I gave them a white iPhone 6, he told me that they ran out of white covers, so he asked did I mind if they used a black one instead, I said yes, because at that point I was just really anxious to get my phone fixed. Seconds later he shows me my phone that already has a black cover, which means he had already opted for the black cover without my consent. The phone looked weird all black, then a white home button, but I said I would put that past me. So fastfoward towards the end were the transactions came in - you have to sign a few contracts stating the phone is in working condition and yada yada. My front camera was a bit fuzzy, but again I just wanted my phone, so I looked past it. Everything seemed to be working just fine, so I signed the contract - WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!! never again. There's no refunds & my UNLIMITED LTE AND ALL OF MY ICLOUD FEATURES I PAY FOR EVERY MONTH would just go down the drain, because I would never be able to use them again. Please if you buy and iPhone or any phone make sure you have issurance on it and go to your phone company store or an Apple Store to get any repairs done. I went to the Apple Store right after finding out my repaired phone wasn't repaired and they told me I made a big mistake and should have just come to them first, because third parties don't use the same material and they aren't the best at fixing APPLE software. The Cellairis guys put my new screen on wrong, which caused my camera to be fuzzy and they also interfered with my iCloud, resulting in the death of iMessage, FaceTime, FT audio messages, and a weary internet. The man I worked with was a wolf in sheep's clothing, he tried to appear as he was being helpful - selling me the dream, but he sold me SH**. I never leave reviews for places, but I just had to leave one for them. Also guys the phone company I'm with is AT&T (GREAT COMPANY by the way) and I could have gotten my phone fixed for $220 dollars, because I have insurance, BUT because the phone was tampered with by a third party, I wasn't able to use my insurance. So word of advice skip the third parties and just go to your phone company or the Apple Store. I ended up spending a total of $747 yesterday, including the money I spent for the Cellairis (Worst repair shop eveeeer) and the money I had to pay to get a completely NEW iPhone. All of this could have been avoided if I would have just went to my AT&T store first , I could have saved a heck of a lot of money. I never argued with the guy at Cellairis, I allowed him to stay nonchalant about the issue at hand, and just told him to have a blessed day. Yesterday was a wake up call for me and though I'll never get back the time and money I wasted with CELLAIRIS, I gained a bit more knowledge.

My family and I visited this location because my 19-year-old brother, who is a U.S. Marine and was home on leave before his deployment, needed to replace his broken phone. Since this was his first time purchasing a phone on his own, he understandably had questions regarding trade-in options. The interaction started off strangely when the sales representative asked for my mother's ID. After briefly looking at it, he immediately handed it back. My mother politely asked, "Do you still need my ID?" and he responded, "I said I needed it for a second, that second has now passed." The comment was unnecessary, bizarre, and immediately made everyone uncomfortable. As we continued discussing the phone, my fiancé simply mentioned that he didn't think a broken phone could be traded in. Out of nowhere, the representative threw his hands up and said, "Is it me, or are y'all extremely aggressive?" We were completely caught off guard. None of us had raised our voices or behaved aggressively. We all looked at each other wondering where that comment had even come from. The interaction left me so uncomfortable that I was literally shaking, and I told my fiancé we should leave and go elsewhere. We drove to the AT&T store at Willowbrook Mall instead, where we had a completely different experience. Caitlyn was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and manager Miguel was wonderful. They treated us with respect and made the process easy and pleasant. I also called this location afterward to speak with the manager because I genuinely would hate for another family to have this kind of experience. While he wasn't rude, he came across as dismissive and lacked the empathy and professionalism I have come to expect from AT&T. I understand mistakes happen, but I felt my concerns were brushed aside rather than genuinely addressed. Thankfully, the team at Willowbrook restored my faith in AT&T customer service. If you're deciding between locations, I highly recommend the Willowbrook Mall store. Save yourself the stress and go where you'll be treated with kindness and respect.
