Five years of loyalty. Multiple lines. Always paid on time. This is how T-Mobile repaid me…read more I switched from Sprint when T-Mobile took over and gave them a real chance. I added lines for myself, my partner, my daughter, and internet for two homes. When I moved from NY to GA, I personally visited a T-Mobile store to confirm coverage before the move. I was told service would be great. It was not. For months I dealt with spotty service and was told my area wasn't well-covered -- the opposite of what I was promised. On top of that, my address was never updated despite asking multiple times. Every time I called, my NY address was still in the system. Every time I was told it was fixed. It never was. When I cancelled, they billed me for an extra month anyway. The cancellation was never processed. When the return label for my internet box finally came, it had my old NY address on it -- yet another reminder that nothing was ever actually fixed. I called this morning and got nowhere. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to return equipment because of their mistakes, without transportation to get to a store. Overpriced. Unreliable coverage. Broken promises. Zero follow-through. Do not waste your time or money.

There is no record other than my bank account of me having paid that money in store plus my bill went up after they promised that it would not, do not trust these people a bunch of scammers

Taz has had my husband's laptop since January and it still is not ready. He must have blocked me…read morebecause my texts indicate "not delivered". We have left voice mails, but no responses. I say it isn't ready, but we don't know since he will not respond to calls or texts. He did fix my phone screen and the turn around was fast; however, the work on 2 laptops belonging to my husband hasn't worked out so well. We know he has been sick; however, we would just appreciate an acknowledgement that he still has one of our laptops and the charges have already been paid. He required full payment up front, so that is what we did. The work he did on my husband's first laptop cannot be "recognized" by the laptop, so $250 down the drain. Now we don't know the status of the second one he has had since January, but we paid $150 up front. Thus, the one star rating.

Unfortunately I have to change my positive review to a negative one. The home button on my son's…read morephone wasn't working completely when I brought it to them but shortly after the repair, it got worse and was loose. Thought it was odd, but my son didn't mind so whatever. Fast forward a month or two and the phone completely stops turning on. I have a professional background in repairing Apple devices so I decided to just fix it myself when I got the time. Well, I finally got a chance to open it up and as soon as I did, two tiny screws fell out. I assume those go to the home button assembly, as the assembly and home button are completely loose and the only thing holding that in is the frame of the phone. Less important but still notable - the frame was also missing one of the bottom screws. Upon further inspection, the battery cable was not completely attached which explains why it wouldn't turn on at all. It was also missing the plate that goes over the battery cable. I reconnected the battery completely and was able to get it to boot up but now it's stuck in a boot loop. I have never seen such sloppy work and can't believe they thought it appropriate to charge for such work. I feel extremely ripped off.
