I wrote a large review on Google. In the short run, this store messed up the number used to transfer my phone to another carrier. I'm sick so my son in law went to the store to help get it resolved and the store manager declared that he wasn't going to help him because im no longer a customer. I need a phone because I just got my leg amputated and am a huge fall risk. I can't believe ATt employs someone who treats customers so horribly. They have no idea what they are doing they said we could set up our phones at home and that dis not work so i went to the store was there for over 3 hours trying to get my phone set up for them to tell me they would have to give me a new number when i can not have a new number bc of work the store manager has no idea what he is doing so if you want a good phone service at&t is not the place to go read more

They have horrible service and directv is even worst, they always increasing the monthly bill and always having me pay extra tax fees, the staff was so rude, there streaming service sucks, everything thats on demand they charge me if i wanted to watch it. read more

They honestly informed me that T-Mobile wouldn't work in the area I needed it instead of selling me a plan that wouldn't work for me next summer when visiting our summer vacation spot. I tried for 2 weeks on the phone with custom service only to find out that this store did not add my information to the account so I can't cancel until the store puts my information in. Custom service told me to go back to the store I signed up with and have them add my information. Went back to the store and they said they couldn't help me and that the person that signed me up no longer works there and I had to go to corporate store which is a half hour away. I would recommend not using this store because they seem to be only interested in people who are buying.

The $11.99 Monthly Mobile Protection Pack was added to my bill without my permission. Finally, the sauce for the goose... The rep could not create my id in the system (email address) because as I came to find out was because it was in use on my Direct TV account. To get me out of the store (after an hour of standing there while two "managers" speak in hushed tones while trying to complete the transaction), the sales rep added an additional letter to the front of my actual email address to create my account, making it unmanageable, wasting hours of my time with support.

We bought a package of new Samsung Appliances from the Lapeer Home Depot; a refrigerator, range,…read moremicrowave and dishwasher. Our salesperson did not tell us that the refrigerator did not come with a connection kit for the icemaker, or that a power cord for the range was not included; we found that out the hard way when we opened the boxes and tried to make the appliances operational. We were outraged, and went to the Home Depot to obtain the needed parts and complain. To their credit, they refunded the money we had paid for the parts we needed. But the entire episode could have been avoided if we'd been given the correct information to begin with. We were only asked if we wanted installation for the fridge and range, which we refused. We were only asked about a connection kit in the case of the dishwasher. Also, Home Depot should vet their delivery services better. My wife was not pleased to find one of the delivery men urinating in her flowers next to our garage.

The store is clean and friendly when you first walk in. The staff greets you and immediately introduces themselves and asks how they can help you. I noticed they are eager to give you any information on anything you need but also respect space if you need it and allowe you to peruse what they have. Very up to date on sales and will even tell you to come back when deals are coming in. Buy 1 get 1 free wasnt going on, instead of sharking a sale, they said to come back the following week or they would call us if the promotion came back. We highly recommend this store over any corporate store in the area. read more
