Since then we have had to close my wife's checking account, dispute 3 credit cards that were opened up because they just threw away all the paperwork with her drivers license, social security number, address, phone numbers away without shredding them first. read more

They are SCAMMERS and clearly get paid commission, so they mislead you and tell you anything and everything to make a sale knowing it's lies. This store needs to be shutdown immediately. This deserves no stars!! Went today The 22nd of sept. 2021 to the Lenoir store. Lindsay was very unprofessional wasn't even the one working with us. We was talking to the guy we was working with. But Lindsay butted in on our business. Unfortunately they couldn't help us, so I called Hickory store to see if they could. Lindsay in the lenoir store, she had a customer. She listened to my phone call and got involved. She Called JB after she heard our conversation who I was talking to in Hickory asking questions about my business while she had a customer. Left her customer hanging then said she didn't want to get involved. I told her she already did. Then she got mean and lied on my hubby who was laughing with the guy helping us said he was laughing at her. They she started an argument with us in front of the other customer. Not cool. Salesperson was extra friendly on the first visit to switch us to direct tv. We found he had added services we did not want and the price was not what he told us it would be. He would not help us as he claimed he would. He said he was our go to guy. We called the 800 number and they referred us back to the store. Still no help. We canceled the service. The equipment and installation crew worked well. read more

Went to FastMed next door for my daughter who was severely ill and parked in front of AT&T where there were more accommodating spaces. I had a small trailer attached to my vehicle so I took up 3.5 spaces. An AT&T worker come over yelling at me to ask if I was driving that vehicle and when I said yes, she said that someone called because they couldn't get in to the handicap spot. There were 2 spots and while my trailer was close to one of them, someone could get in it. Then told me I was taking up 6 spots. When I calmly said no way, its only so big its more like three. She counted and said 4. I agree its over, so we'll say 4. With AT&T having 10 other spaces open, and another handicap space open, and not to mention no customers at all in the store, She told me that If I don't move it they will tow me. Thats not customer service, no kindness, no respect for someone who is sick tryin to be seen. There are no signs saying AT&T customers only. NEVER WILL I EVER be a customer of AT&T again with the way I was treated. read more

Be careful. The employees will lie to you. I wanted to replace one my phones that was damaged. Employee convinced me to add a new line to get a discounted phone and said I could just cancel the old line. When I called AT&T to cancel the old line was told I had to wait 90 days or would lose the discounts on the new line. read more
