Less than three weeks later, I dropped it from barely two feet high and it completely shattered into pieces. That is not normal wear--that's poor quality material. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but clearly, they're using cheap, low-quality parts and not standing behind their work. Save yourself the frustration and the money--go elsewhere.

My friend had a technical issue about password. Two people were being serviced and I told my friend, they're sales people they probably won't be able to help. As a few people came in, Kim would take a couple seconds to friendly greet them. When she freed up, she asked how she could help. I explained the situation and she discussed (quickly) on options and what might work. It was professional and friendly. We left and what she suggested, worked.

He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through every option.
