Given their location, parking is never an issue! They have designated spots right in front of their store front, but if those happen to fill up then you have the massive lot mere feet away! We were looking to add a line to our service and purchase a new phone, so we stopped in here over a recent weekend. When we walked in, Perez, the Sales Associate was quick to offer assistance. We told him what we wanted and he made it happen, no hassles or upselling...just did the thing! We wanted the best promo of the phone, Iphone 11 and was hoping for a specific color. However, they did not have any in stock, so Perez called around to a few other local stores to gauge inventory. Sadly no other stores had what we wanted, but we went ahead and took home what they had in stock...it's gonna have a case on it and mint green isn't even that bad! The whole process took less than 30 minutes from entry to exit. Perez was a man about his and our business and for that, I greatly appreciate him! I have been with AT&T for years now and have visited stores around the area from time to time and I must say that his was one of the best kept stores I have visited in a while. It was clean, not crowded with merchandise and well laid out. I do believe this spot just became my go-to store for those occasions I need to visit!

I stood for almost a minute inside the store with no one present. When she came out she said yea. Not welcome to art just yea. I explained to her I was here to trade in a phone. After almost ten minutes of talking. She then states the store closes at 8pm can I come back tomorrow cause she has been working from 9-8. As a customer. A new customer why am I being penalized for your schedule? Why am I being asked to come back when the store is open for another 20 minutes. She then tells me the safe has a 20 min time out. And she doesn't get paid over time so she's not staying. And they get robbed a lot. Yet you left the store unattended Jennifer. You were no where in sight when I entered. Keep in mind I'm still here at the store it's 7:56pm She then went to the back and came back and said the safe won't open. If The safe kicks down at 7:40pm why are business hours listed as 9-8? She never apologized for the inconvenience. And now I have to drive back 40 mins without a phone because ATT doesn't pay Jennifer overtime.

And answered all my questions over and over again. Very friendly and highly knowledgeable of every single thing I needed and was concerned about. I have never had a better experience anywhere. It was a dream come true the whole time because I have never had a clearer or cheaper priced experience anywhere at any cellular service store thanks to the promotions going on it was just my lucky day in every way when I walked in to Verizon. Everything was super smooth super easy and he didn't miss a beat. It felt like I hit the Lottery jackpot/Christmas/ Valentine's Day/ 4th of July/ New Years & my birthday all in one stop because of how great the service and deals Verizon had. James assisted me. He wasn't welcoming, and I didn't find his customer service to be polite or engaging. He spoke so quietly that I had to ask him twice to speak louder because I couldn't hear him. After briefly looking at my phone, his main suggestion was to turn Airplane Mode on and then back off whenever I lost service. Considering I explained that this has been an ongoing issue, I expected him to run a diagnostic first. Instead, I had to ask if a diagnostic could be performed. Before doing any meaningful troubleshooting, he also tried to discuss upgrading my phone. The experience felt more focused on selling a new device than resolving the issue I came in to fix. Better communication, stronger customer service, and a genuine effort to troubleshoot would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won't be returning to this location.

We were looking for iPhone 6S and he was honest that they were out of stock in the Rose Gold. We ended up going to the Apple Store for that phone, but my dad upgraded his phone to the Space Gray iPhone 6. Malcolm handled it in a professional manner but kept us entertained at the same time. We had a very convoluted process of switching our iPhones around (my sister wanted my mom's upgrade) but Malcolm took care of it very well once my sister got the iPhone 6S from the Apple Store. He switched the new SIM cards for my parents' phones quickly and had us out of there in about an hour. Overall, we had as calm of an experience than I've ever had at any AT&T store. This authorized retailer kiosk is a great alternative to the usualAT&T store, and contrary to popular belief, they do have many phones in stock!

I had a serious coverage issue in the home where I am living temporarily. Miguel is the best customer service person I have ever had anywhere in my 73 years. He is knowledgeable and is an excellent communicator and is a superb customer advocate. He spent 3 hours with me as together we contacted Verizon technical support in an attempt to resolve the coverage issue. We were not able to get resolution as Verizon does not have the capability but I am so grateful that I had Miguel by my side throughout this frustrating few hours. He did a terrific job of explaining the situation and was persistent in speaking with any and everyone who could possibly help us. I very much appreciate his can-do attitude and persistence on my behalf. Congratulations of one outstanding employee.

The owner recommended a phone (not trying to oversell) that was newer but similar to my Mother-n-Laws old one and she also made sure all of the data was retrieved and transferred. The old phone wasn't backed up and the screen was severely damaged (wouldn't stay on for more than 10 secs) so it was a challenge. The owner spent 2 hrs on it to make sure the new phone had her contacts and pics- that's a great customer-experience. Makes me want to leave Verizon just to support this store

And pay on time and every 6 months it goes down $5 'til you hit $40/month....free texts, voice mails etc. And there are cheaper Samsung models and a cut rate Virgin Mobile service for $30 /mo.....They are also dealers for CLEAR WIFI ($50/mo ) and who knows what else.... Inside this store location, Mrs. Song is very nice and helpful. Phones do get up to $199 for 4G and whatever those fancy phones are that I do not use. Best mobile deals here !!! .
