This is not a rating for the store, this is a rating for a specific employee, Juan. I have bought three new phones within the past 2 weeks. Fortunately when I got my first phone Juan was the employee that I dealt with. When I got my second phone he was not there and it was a completely different experience. This other guy was super annoying super slow and you could tell the guy really did not know what he was doing. I made an appointment with Juan to go back for the Third phone. I highly recommend him as he is efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and answers questions with patience. read more

What I witnessed in this store was so disappointing I felt I had to share. Although I received adequate service, I noticed an older woman who was terribly disrespected by my salesperson. English was her 2nd language, so she struggled with explaining herself. Rather than being patient and helpful, he was very condescending. This store didn't have the phone in stock that she wanted, so she asked where anther store was nearby. He gave her cross streets but no address. She struggled finding the address and phone number on her phone. It would have been easy for him to help her, but he brushed her off. She was finally able to find the number she needed without his help. He then had the nerve to come complain to me. I called him out, but his comeback was only excuses. All she needed was a little compassion. Let's do better guys. read more

I walked into the store and was greeted by an associate. Apparently my greeting of a hand gesture was not seen so he felt the need to repeat himself; and I spoke. Then it was may I help you? When the response was not fast enough, he repeated himself a little louder, with a gaze of, "I'm talking to you" (as if I were a child)... loud enough that the customer to my right turned to look at me. At this point, I lost interest in the assistance of this Individual and said , I'm not sure, and walked off to look around. This person immediately turns and goes into the back so that even if I needed help, he was no longer available. I had every intention of making a purchase but chose to take my money elsewhere. No matter who walks into your establishment, being abrupt and rude should never be an option. Do Better!!! read more

I went inside this store to get a new SIM card for my iPhone 13 Pro Max about 2 months ago. The man working there told me that my SIM card could not be replaced. My SIM card completely stopped working yesterday May 26, 2023. Although I kept getting that SOS message off & on for two months, I was thinking about what the guy working there told me that the SIM card couldn't be replaced & that I would need to take my phone to an Apple Store to get a new SIM card to work with my phone. ( which what may have been very expensive to have done) BULL. I went to the AT&T store in Anna & told them my SIM card wasn't working & without hesitation the man said your SIM card needs to be replaced & just like that I got a new SIM card for only 5.00. Absolutely terrible! Made promises that they did not honor. Signed me up for services I specifically said I did not want. New manager promised to take care of me and never returned a call nor text. Ted was amazing today with an issue that not necessarily a store does but I was having a huge difficulty! He in no way had to help or could have set me up with a phone operator but he didn't and made sure my issue was fixed before I left! I will go to him in the future and made me a very happy customer! My bill was out of control. I am not a big Data user. I was paying ~$98 month. I discovered the $45 Walmart Go Phone plan. Unlimited talk / unlimited text, and 1 Gb data. I only use 200 Mb data a month on average. Came in to AT&T on Central at 380 to change my phone over to a GO Phone. If you haven't looked into it, you'll be amazed at the savings. Wallymart has A special Go phone plan (ONLY AVAILABLE at Walmart) , you use your current phone, and get unlimited talk and text, and 1 Gb of Data for $45. If you set up reoccurring billing, basically they charge your credit card each month, you save $5 more a month. I now pay $40 a month for Cell phone service, unlimited talk / unlimited text, and 1 Gb data for $40!!!!! YES! that is about a $45 savings from their regular plan a month. Over 2 years, off contract, that is ~$1080 in savings from their regular plans. You only have to set it up once. Undoubtedly, the best way to go is to purchase your phone outright, and then go with a GO phone plan. They have several plans to meet your needs. You don't pay extra taxes, you don't pay extra fees, you don't pay service fees, fees for poor folks, fees for Obama phones, fees to cover whatever the Universal Service Plan is... You get what I'm saying! I worked with Gino, and he was simply amazing. He walked me through the whole change over, and took the time to move my contacts and files to my new G4, I purchased refurbished, off of Amazon, for $329. Way cheaper than the stores around here. At&t wants $450 for a refurbished S4, and they are out of stock all the time...Duh! I saved $125 on the phone itself! Lets see....... On the Go phone plan I pay $40 /month. At the end of 24 months I have shelled out $329 + $960 service. Total = $1289. Will be even cheaper next year! No phone purchase.... On At&t, with 24 month contract, at $98 / month, $98 X 24, you will have paid $2352. You decide! read more

I went into the store Friday to get the new IPhone 7 plus. The only color they had was Rose Gold. Because on the release date they make you wait outside, and allow one person in at a time when a salesman becomes available. I went ahead and got the rose gold 7plus 128g, after I got home and opened the box the phone was pink. I tried calling the store repeatedly to no avail. I call the corporate At&T and noted to the Saturday that the phone was pink in color. They indicated I need to return the phone to the store purchased. I get to the store and they want to charge me $45 restocking fee... the phone was sold as rose gold when the color is pink. I asked to speak to a manager at that time a female manager came over and in condescending way tell me I got what I paid for, if I didn't like it complain to Apple. I could not believe this was the language and tone the girl took with me. BTW I have gotten about 15 phones over the past 5 years as well as 3 iPads. Why would you treat a loyal customer in this way. I called att they credited the money back to me! Bottom line I would never purchase anything from this store again and would not encourage anyone else to do so either. read more

We have always gotten the best service at this location. No matter which staff member we get, they take the time to answer all of our questions. Today was no different, as Mason convinced us to switch to AT&T TV streaming. I have been loyal AT&T customer for over 14 years. I have AT&T Wireless, DTV, Internet and spend over $600 per month. Came into this store and worked with Ted. Wanted to buy my 80 year old mother a phone that was easy to use. He sold me on the Samsung Galaxy with easy option. Spent over $600 on phone and charger. Turns out the phone was not even close to being easy and when I came back the next day to return it, I was told i would have to pay a $35 restocking fee. When I explained the situation and asked to have the fee waived the manager Tray said no it could not be done. I told the sales guy how unhappy i was that AT&T would not do me the favor of waiving the fee he said he was shocked and if it was his business he would do it gladly. As a matter of principle I will now move my business to Verizon. When I explained this to the sales rep , he said that I would probably be able to save some money with Verizon and they would probably appreciate me more as a customer. Shocking that he would say that. Proves that AT&T has lost its direction and no longer cares. Update: It appears that AT&T does care. Much to my pleasure I received a call today from an AT&T executive who was genuinely concerned when he read my post. He explained that the situation and the way it was handled was not the way AT&T does business nor is it acceptable. He was very gracious and vey professional. I'm glad there are people like this in leadership at this company who can help train and develop management. He offered to work with me to make this right. I am very appreciative that AT&T leadership understands that they are in the people business and that customers are valuable. read more

Been here several times for various reasons, upgrades for new phones mostly. The wait is reasonable and the service is always excellent.

It is with EPIC disappointment that I write this review about AT&T mobile as well as DIRECTTV. Believe it or not I have had my cell service with AT&T from the moment that I moved to TX 28 years ago. It was then Southwestern Bell that became Cingular that became AT&T. Nonetheless, I have weathered many a storm throughout all of their transitions over the years. Pretty rare for someone these days to have the same phone # for 28 years. Anyway, in May of 2017 I was faced with the fact that I was now a fulltime single dad to 2 amazing teenage girls and I had to get them new phones and phone lines. I went to AT&T and they informed me that it was my lucky day.... Since you have DIRECTTV you qualify for a BOGO (Buy one Get One Free) on the Iphone 7. Boy was I excited to hear that, "Sign me up!!!" I said. The girls were thrilled with the new tech that they had received, and I was happy for them. Well, come June, July and August my phone bill went from $115 a month to over $300. From my conversations with the AT&T rep, that is not what I was expecting so I went back to the store and they soon realized that they made a mistake and didn't do the BOGO and I was paying in full for both phones. They promised they would get it fixed. VERY VERY VERY long story short.... It is now JULY a YEAR later!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been into the store 5 times and spent over 6 hours on the phone with service and.... NOTHING! They readily admit that I am owed the money and keep telling me "It takes a few billing cycles" for it to straighten out. Wow!!! That is a slow process.... 14 MONTHS. Since then, I purchased myself an Iphone X and love it. However, my oldest daughters 13 month old Iphone 7 now will not charge and the home button doesn't work. However, because we are in the 13th month they say that there is nothing they can do and apple won't repair the charging port since it is connected directly to the battery!! THEREFORE, I am now OVERpaying AT&T for an Iphone 7 PAPERWEIGHT that I shouldn't be paying for at all. Unfortunately, is seems that it is time for us to say goodbye to both AT&T as well as DIRECTTV because they do not value me or my business at all!! Price ya pay I guess! Worst Experience ever. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Attempted to transfer internet and Uverse service to new address. Tech literally left and never returned. Would not return phone calls when I requested status on install. Waited 2 hours on hold only to get a recording. The only human to answer any of the AT&T customer service lines was SALES who could only schedule new install (with new set up fees and credit check). I tried to cancel service online, on the App with NO OPTION to do so via either website or app. I returned the hardware with a letter to cancel account. This horrible company is still trying to bill me and there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to contact them. This should be illegal. AT&T did not fulfill any part of the contract. They literally left me and shut off of means of communication. Make sure your internet service provider has Customer Service (not just a Sales department). Painful lesson learned. The rep I had. His first name was Sean. helped me Sunday 4/10/16 Was garbage. I to am in customer service and have had to work late a few times but the fact that we were there right at close obviously upset him. This was by far the worse service I have ever received from an Att store. I began our conversation by apologizing for making him stay late to where he replied... "Yep" Absolutely made me sick on how horrid I was treated.
