    AT&T customer service sucks!…read more They do not rate the one star I gave them, I wanted to give them no stars but couldn't figure out how to do that. First off the salesman lies to me when I transferred to AT&T about a package deal. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General. Today I am trying to remove two phone lines from my account. I called 800-331-0500 that is their customer No Service number. When I called yesterday I was told to give my number for a call back. Get this the callback was not until the next day. Twenty four hours for a call back. AT&T called back today, when I answered I was put on hold due to high volume. Remember now I waited 24 hours for this call and then they put me on hold. After ten minutes on hold I get to speak to a person who does not have English as a first language. She is unable to help me delete the two phone numbers. She must transfer me to another department. However she did have enough English to try and get me to connect my checking account to my AT&T account. Now as I write this I am waiting for the other department to pick up the phone, waiting time at this point is thirty five minutes not counting the time I wasted trying to talk to the first rep. I am listening to crappy music which is interrupted every now and then with a message telling me how important my call is to AT&T. Finally AT&T sends me to a wonderful lady name of Alliston who speaks and understands English and was able to help me. ALLISTON gets 5 STARS!!!! All together Alliston saved me almost $80 off my monthly bill. We have AT&T fiber optics and love that. Our phone service always works great. They need to fix customer service. JO

At the end of the transaction she said she couldn't print documents due to printer failure. She would email it. Never received. Both addons appear on next bill. AT&T removed on future bills. Do not deal with "authorized retailers". Go direct only or online. Maybe there was a contest?

As customer care specialist, they made sure that I understood exactly what I was signing for in the circumstances that included finer points on technical aspects as well as how shipping and receiving works. These are small details that I'm not familiar with as it does not pertain to tradecraft, but the care with which they took Twxt to ensure that I had my questions answered, inspired a lot of confidence not only in the store, but in the company. I admittedly went to the wrong store in the first place, but this is what is known as a corporate store so this is where I had to be the whole time and I'm glad that I ended up here because I had a great experience the cleanliness of the store earned the fourth star and the customer service and going above and beyond earned them the fifth star. Highly advisable if you're in the area or have any kind of questions about your account or even as a prospective future client.

Getting worried, as I really don't want to lose my emails and other contacts, I decided to do something about it. I started to look at the new iPhones and decided I might just get a new iPhone 17, the 12 is 5 years old with a replace battery. I tried calling the closest T-Mobile store to make an appointment at 1270 N Wickham Rd (Wickham and Eau Gallie), it rang, but no answer. So, yesterday, I went down to the Wickham store, got there just as it was opening and was the first-person in. I explained to the only person there, a young employee, that my phone needs a new SIM card. He stated that my version of the phone has an electronic SIM which cannot be replace and I need to get a new phone. I asked about the iPhone 17's and he stated that no on has the latest. So, I asked for one that they had in stock, he really did not respond to that question. We started on the pipework; he convinced me to change plans. As we were talking about downloading my data from my phone to the new one, I did not have my password with me. I said I'd be back later. Before I left, I asked which model was he going to sell me - his response was an iPhone 16 - NOT what I wanted. Wonder if they are just interested in getting rid of their stock of 16's so they can get 17's in? Well, thinking about it overnight, I decide to try another store to see if they had an iPhone 17 in stock, so I drove down the 1501 W New Haven in Melbourne, Fl, and in the end I'm glad I did. I talked to a very intelligent (I'm a former College Professor of Chemistry and can easily recognize someone with talent) female employee - Jen. Well, the first thing she did is go inside, get a new SIM card and installed it at no charge! Hmm, what about the Wickham Store? I then told her the story and that I was interested in an I7. She proposed a much better offer than the Wickham T-Mobile, which I took. Yes, since she fixed my 5-year-old iPhone 12 with a new SIM card for free, I did order the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, that will take several weeks to arrive. She also said the Wickham Rd store is PRIVATELY OWNED, where her store is FACTORY. So, the Privately Owned Wickham Rd T-Mobile was about to royally RIP ME OFF, and the FACTORY New Haven store is all about the customer. I would highly recommend that T-Mobile remove the Wickham Store's Franchise! Do me a favor, I'll tell 100 people, SCREW me and I'll tell a THOUSAND!

Nick shared with us the available phone styles, device tech options, buy back trade incentives, and helped us with setting up our new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra's. I will say he sure was attentive to our phone care needs and assisted us with making cellular plan adjustments. So, if you want a new phone or upgrade... I strongly recommend going to any OTHER Verizon store before this one. These guys had the nerve to waste 30 minutes of my and another person's time just because it was their last hour of business. One of Noah's teammates literally would sit down and get back up multiple times to pretend as if he were trying to help when in reality he was just checking the time the entire time waiting to leave. Eventually it got to the point where they disconnected the wifi and blamed the drizzle outside as if it were a storm outside just to say their network was "down". I hate this place. I'm never going back. I hope you don't even bother with this store after this review!

We were clearly before them in line and I was confused that the clerk was not assisting my wife. When my wife questioned the clerk she flat out lied that the couple came before us, to top it off the couple said they were in the parking lot first. I think the term " white privilege" is real or did I just imagine it.

Entered the store and there were two employees working and two guests prior to me so I looked around as I waited. I wasn't given even the slightest acknowledgment. The two guest were being very loud and speaking profanities with no regard to other guests and as they can because they don't have to abide by any rules, but it was when the employees were replying doing the same - speaking with many many profanities, talking like they were at home with their bros or something. It appeared after a couple of minutes the one guest was done being helped and just waiting for his friend to finish and I still wasn't greeted to any extent and they continued to just shoot the shit while the other guy was helping the guest. I've worked retail like this and I understand guests being before me but I wasn't greeted when I came in, no 'I'll be right with you', nothing, communication is key even when there's a line, just acknowledge the people that come into your store and show a little professionalism when there are other guests in the store, I waited for at least 10 minutes clearly waiting for help before I left. Just appears to me that they needed a grown up in the store to manage and make sure that their employees are actually attempting to take care of the people in their store.
