The store itself was spotless by most retail standards--but by Apple standards, it felt a bit shuffled around. Smudges on the display tables, cluttered merchandise, and idle employees made the space feel slightly off-brand. It wasn't dirty, just not Apple-polished, so I'm giving cleanliness three stars. Service, however, was completely redeemed by Javi. After passing three or four employees who didn't greet me or offer help, he appeared with a genuine smile and presence that made all the difference. My question about cables was long and confusing, but he patiently listened, clarified what I meant, and offered clear, money-saving solutions. He wrapped up by welcoming me back and ensuring I'd be helped if I needed more assistance--exactly the kind of thoughtful, human service Apple is known for. Five stars for Javi alone. Quality is classic Apple--no complaints there. Efficiency, though, was lacking; had anyone approached me earlier, I could've been in and out faster. Even the security guard was glued to his phone, which didn't help the impression. Value was solid at four stars, mainly because of the support I got from Javi. I purchased an adapter from Apple recently with online order and it was the wrong one. Apple does not make the USB-A to USB-C adapter but the Apple associate who helped me informed me that Beats is closest thing to Apple product since Apple bought Beats. Cost was $18.99 so not bad. The Mophie option was $19.99. Noted. I decided to wait on this purchase to see if I really needed it. This is more for all the new plugs changing over to USB-C but I still want to use anything I have that still caters to USB-A. Confusing right? Ha. All in all, Apple customer service is usually always top notch and the stores are minimalistic. Clean and modern. Aesthetically pleasing. Great location!

The Apple Watch I had for a little over three years breathed its last this past Saturday evening…read more Apparently I missed a step when trying to login a swimming workout and it did not go fully water resistant. It started turning off, locking, and just switching to the Apple icon. I first stopped by the T-Mobile store in Wynwood and they were out of watches with the wrist strap that I wanted. To their credit the T-Mobile employee referred me to go to this Apple Store. I explained the situation first to Sebastian, the sales manager on the floor. He tested and was able to generate at least a partial credit for my old watch. He then talked me through the configuration and selection process for a new watch through their in-store iPad. He also explained that I could've swapped out my wrist band into the new watch. (I have one of the sports ones instead of the default when it comes with the iPhone.) After completing my order & payment, he asked that Denise help me with the actual configuration & setup for my watch. She had me sit at one of the open table / workbenches and charge my phone while the ioS software updated on my phone & watch. This did take almost over an hour, which was a hiccup to my Sunday schedule. However, I now have a new & functioning AppleWatch. The store itself is pretty clean and well lit, though watched by the tough looking security guys at various points along the store. The bathroom is accessible behind a service corridor.

I took it to IWireless (can't remember whether it was a Thursday or Friday) he said he would order a screen and have it ready by Monday at 3. I called after 3 and he said it would be ready in a few hours so got there around 8 pm. He was nice enough to loan me a phone so I could download contacts and make calls so I thought "what a nice guy." On Thursday the same week, I was waiting for an uber and sitting on the curb and dropped the phone again. It was about a 3 inch fall at most and the screen had a very large shatter at the bottom and immediately went to half black screen with colored lines. I figured they must have a warranty, so I took it back Friday only to find him, shaking his head, and saying there was nothing he could do. Since I have had that phone 4 years, dropped it before from much further and it had not cracked until I took it there the first time, I can only assume that it was the cheapest possible screen. I only reflected on them not offering a warranty after going to Geek Squad where they were shocked and mentioned that all repair shops offer some sort of warranty. So all I can say is the "nice guy" was not such a nice guy after all. Buyer Beware. I would never take a phone back there and expect a quality fix. Buyer Beware.

I dropped my phone off to them on a Saturday night around 7:30pm and it was fixed in less than 15 minutes! The staff is friendly and their prices are fair - definitely recommend for any phone repair services in Miami Beach.
